I like everything beach 1 minute everything is right there you really dnt have to go nowhere
The only good thing was the location.
Horrible. We managaed to get through the 1st night, but when we got back to our room on the 2nd night, we turned the lights on and saw roaches. We managed to kill one and left it there on the floor for them to see. We tried to contact the owner in various ways, but no response until 3 days later. We packed up and left immediately and got another room at another hotel. The response that we got three days later was simply saying there are not roaches but palmetto bugs... I know what a Palmetto Bug is. Also know what a cockroach is too. We were told in this one reply that there will be no refund issued because we stayed there on night out of 5. We should have left as soon as we walked in when the refrigerator was opened, it fell forward. All the furniture is about to give out at any second. The couch smelled like wet dog. But when you are 1000 miles away from home, you try to manage with what your given. We spent alot of money here for those five nights we didnt stay. Take the roach reviews seriously! Still no other response from the owner.

Some cleanliness issues

Our unit was just as described.
Everything was as expected.
The room was nice and in a great location. The beds were more comfortable than many we have had in this area, we come to myrtle beach almost every year. All our wristbands, parking passes, and towel cards were ready for us as soon as we walked in. We also liked being able to skip the check in desk and just going straight to our room. The amenities were good and appeared fairly well kept. The parking deck being attached to the floors was a wonderful benefit for loading and unloading our luggage. The walk to the beach was short, and the beach was well maintained. It also may be the time of year we went, but the beach wasn't nearly as crowded as we were use to. It was a very pleasant trip!
There were definitely more positives than negatives for our stay, our negatives just took a bit more explanation. We would definitely stay here again.
The leasing agent/owner is not very responsive to messages. We received all of our welcome messages and codes as well as a list of things to be noted that could be charged for. It asked to let them know of any issues when we arrived so they could be made aware. There were some very minor damages upon our arrival that didn't affect our stay, but we wanted to make them aware. We never got a response.We were not charged for these things yet, so I am hoping this means they received the messages and were able to handle those issues.
Also the location itself had a STRONG odor of marijuana, not specifically the room but the building as a whole. The elevators were also quite dirty and smelled pretty strongly as well. These things would be an issue for the property, not this particular rental as it's privately owned and operated to my understanding. I have also seen and smelled worse while on vacation in myrtle beach, but it is still a negative for us as we travel with children and have to explain the smell every time it happens.

Had to pay 149.00 for a cleaning fee. Housekeeping didn’t come with the room
The owner was so pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. I love everything about my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very clean. Likewise, the location and oceanview was perfect. When I walked into the apartment, the relaxing colors stood out for me. Everything was SO organized. By far, this was my best stay at Myrtle Beach.
I loved everything about this place. It is so beautiful inside and out. The location is conveniently located for all the excitement in the surrounding area.
Good location, pleasant stay.
Unit was under stocked for making meals. Only one small worn frypan, broken can opener, no pot holder, no scissors, no way of boiling water for hot beverages. Room was noisy on the weekend as there was a bar a few doors down. And beds are near the front door which is basically in the parking garage.
Paid a lot for cleaning fee which was over the top. Plenty of dirt under the beds when I had to retrieve my shoes.
