總體來說服務人員專業熱誠，澡堂可以解決筋骨酸痛，附近又有超適合便利商店，服務人員也可以幫你叫計程車，因為Uber沒有辦法在這個小鄉鎮叫到車，服務人員都會幫忙，大體來說真的還算方便，其實算很不錯了，下次還會再來

雖説溫泉澡堂小了一點，但是在那個小鄉鎮已經算是非常的滿意了，工作人員用簡單的英文都可以溝通，還幫我叫計程車，都非常的專業熱忱, 尤其下雪的天氣能夠泡一下溫泉真的很溫暖，附近有便利超商，而且對面超近有AEON一間大超市可以去買熟食像是炸物或者便當等一應俱全，其他的部門還有必要的防寒衣物，真的算是不錯的性價比旅店，下次如果還來銀山溫泉訂不到能登屋或者旁的飯店的話，我還是會住這一家，離銀山溫泉20公里，先坐電車，然後轉小巴士一個小時左右就會到，聽起來好像很遠，但是沿途的景色真的可以觀賞一下，放寬一點的話坐計程車大約$1300台幣單程，大家分攤也很方便，因為計程車有通行證直接載你到溫泉街口，早餐雖然簡單，但是還是可以吃飽飽，總之建議這家飯店是一時之選～

Cons:

在這個小鄉鎮的飯店就是休息而已，所以空間有一點小大概打開兩個行李箱就沒有走路的地方了，不過沒關係聰明的台灣人會有辦法解決的～

Still it is worth every buck. I had a comfortable stay and glad i chose this hotel.
Pros:

The location is perfect. You can easily go to Zao Ropeway and Ginzan Onsen. Also plenty of Convenient stores nearby. The Breakfast Buffet was really good. You can have as much as you want. The bakery was outstanding. The onsen was good too but not so big. Staff is friendly and helpful. Services are actually good.

Cons:

The room size is small. The windows are small too. So gets pretty congested .

Be like a local
Pros:

This is a fuss free hotel. The location is far from anything. You have a dessert store, a drug store, Aeon mall, Family Mart and a 7min walk to the train station.

Basic but it does the job.

Cons:

We had smoking room which was terrible.
Booking.com didn’t alert us that it was a Smoking Room. The whole stay was unbearable and the stench was everywhere.
