Good but maintenance poor
Pros:

Geyser not working at all but on continuous request arranged a bucket of hot water. But early morning to go to the golden temple I suffered a bath with cold water. Old blankets stored in the cup board made the room to
smell bad. Wash room giving bad sewerage gas.
