Hotel pequeño pero confortable
Pros:

El aseo, el desayuno completo y variado, y el grato ambiente, especialmente por el personal de recepción (que además hablaba perfecto inglés).

Bonne adresse, sauf pour la climatisation
Pros:

Le lit est confortable, c’est une rue tranquille, vu la localisation près de tout. On nous a offert un déjeuner pour apporter très tôt le matin de notre départ vers l’aéroport.

Cons:

La climatisation était très sale. Le filtre mais aussi l’intérieur… C’est trop fréquent au Vietnam. On dirait que personne ne sait qu’il faut nettoyer cela. Ça fait des chambres très difficiles pour la santé, surtout pour les asthmatiques. Comme nous n’avons pas demandé qu’on fasse notre chambre, on n’a pas eu de bouteilles d’eau et quand on a demandé à la réception, ils ne nous ont rien offert alors on a dû aller acheter de l’eau le soir tard.

Great, helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Big windows allow natural light from the outside.
Good location, close to everything we needed. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Not enough noise cancellation, both from the hall and the balcony.

Pleasant stay in Hanoi
Pros:

We changed to bigger room which meant we paid more than originally intended. However, it made all the difference to the stay. The original room, 18 sqm is fine for one but too small for a couple, in our case.

Cons:

Breakfast seems to be an afterthought, it's there but food items weren't replenished as quickly as I've experienced in similar hotels.

Beautiful boutique hotel, well located.
Pros:

Decor is modern/chic.
The bed is comfortable.
Good hotel breakfast.

Cons:

If I were to nitpick: We had the room with balcony. The shower situation is a little tricky to navigate. The bathroom itself is small, the shower curtain is short so it doesnt contain the splashing very well.
We were a little unlucky with the contruction next door starting at 7AM on a Saturday. It wasnt the hotel's fault, obviously.
