Nice central hotel with helpful reception staff
Pros:

Reception staff very helpful, central location, clean room, great shower and comfortable bed.

Pleasant stay in Hanoi
Pros:

We changed to bigger room which meant we paid more than originally intended. However, it made all the difference to the stay. The original room, 18 sqm is fine for one but too small for a couple, in our case.

Cons:

Breakfast seems to be an afterthought, it's there but food items weren't replenished as quickly as I've experienced in similar hotels.

Beautiful boutique hotel, well located.
Pros:

Decor is modern/chic.
The bed is comfortable.
Good hotel breakfast.

Cons:

If I were to nitpick: We had the room with balcony. The shower situation is a little tricky to navigate. The bathroom itself is small, the shower curtain is short so it doesnt contain the splashing very well.
We were a little unlucky with the contruction next door starting at 7AM on a Saturday. It wasnt the hotel's fault, obviously.

Il y des chambres sans fenêtres et sans aération qui ont les meme prix que celles qui ont des grandes baies vitrées !pour des personnes asthmatiques serait vraiment un problème !

Pros:

Spent the weekend there for my 30th birthday. The location is great to explore the Old Quarter, go to the night market and eat delicious streetfood - we didn't mind the construction site nearby at all, but I sleep with earplugs anyways and Hanoi traffic is of course always busy and loud. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast menu was also perfect, there's a selection of various meals, fruit, etc. and you can additionally pick a dish from a menu. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out which was well-organized.
