Really enjoyed my stay and extending my stay.
Pros:

Location: great walks by the canal , easy access into town and trains, nice interior design, friendly space. Great host friendly and responsive to any issues.

Cons:

Would have liked a case stand, I had a big case. TV in my first room would have been nice. Lamp shade in the hall could be raised up a bit, kept cracking my head on it 😁.

A lovely stay in a great location with everything I needed and such a welcoming host.
Pros:

I've stayed here twice now and would highly recommend it! The location was perfect! Very close to the train station, supermarket, and canal, while still being in a quiet and pretty area. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, and the free parking was a great bonus. The hospitality was excellent, and she regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay throughout my stay, which was really appreciated. She also provided; tea and coffee, a kettle, toaster, and microwave, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. Couldn't recommend a place more!

Lovely place to stay!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was great, close to the train station, supermarket, and canal, while still being quiet and peaceful. Everything was very clean, the host was welcoming and the free parking and amenities made it even more comfortable.

The room was very nice and in a great location (close to train station and supermarket - and in a lovely area). It was clean and well equipped. There is a shared fridge, microwave, and kettle available for use. As this is a room in a private house, the overall experience can depend on the other guests staying at the same time. We were lucky to have a quiet guest in the neighbouring room, so we had a lovely stay! We did not meet the owner, but she was easy to reach on phone and helpful.

Excellent value, very clean room and property. On site parking was great. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay

Room was a great size and had an en-suite shower. A microwave and fridge were also available just outside the door separate to the kitchen downstairs

Pros:

Very nice room and en-suite bathroom. All very clean and nicely furnished etc.

Cons:

Was difficult to get any hot water from the tap in the bathroom sink.

Pros:

Host was very professional and friendly. Check in easy and everywhere very clean and tidy.
Bed was very comfortable.
Location good, neat station and supermarket

Cons:

Bin & mirror in the room would have been welcome for me, but not a deal breaker

Solo trip for training course
Pros:

Lovely host in a beautiful home. Spacious bedroom & an amazingly comfortable bed (i actually over slept one morning because the bed was so comfortable!). Gorgeous canal walk to where my training was. Spacious bathroom & toilet which was outside the room but since no one else stayed there i had the whole upstairs for myself.

Cons:

Didn't have time to try the coffee or facilities except shower so can't judge that. I had breakfast at local places.
