Location and good price
They do double booking, I booked and confirmed it here but when we arrived the room is not available. Although I have a confirmation here. Then I booked another room while we are in the lobby when the front check their computer someone name was reserved for the room I just booked. Waited almost an hour , called the owner of the room , while waiting the staff told me some owner do double booking and whoever the first one to arrive they give the room to that person. I
Was in awe coz it’s my first time to experience this.
The location.
The aircon was not really powerful and not cold enough. But it was fine.
The view of taal from the balcony and walking distance to restaurants
Bldg admin was a hassle, getting guests in is like going through customs. Lifts are always busy. No taxi or tricycle around. Parking is very far, get ready to do lots of steps.

The place had hot water, cool air conditioning and a nearby laundermat. They had Netflix and other streaming services readily available on the TV as well as filtered drinking water.
The space itself was a bit compact. Did not like the towels that had micro-fiber. Hard bed.
Great location near major restaurants, stores, sights and a community centre for swimming, billiards, etc.
The maintenance individual Allen was extremely kind and accommodating to us

I love that the property has a complete set of kitchenware and cookware, and the bed is really comfortable to relax on. All the little details are great, especially the retractable kitchen table. The property is full of amazing touches.
The air conditioning unit needs fixing; it’s dripping water.
