Great locatin, room size and good in value
Pros:

The location is excellent, easy to go anywhere.

Cons:

The room temperature can’t control as the air condition set is fixed in the hotel, very hot. We need to open the window at night.

Size of the room is very good.
Staffs are friendly too.

Cons:

there is only 1 lift and thus it is a long wait at times to go to the rooms.

Traffic noise can be heard especially in the early morning.

Superb
Pros:

There was an issue when we have made the payment via wechat during checkin but Hotel didnt receive anything. The staffs were very calm, patience and understandable without giving us pressure even though no money were received. Eventually, they agreed to keep some cash for me while waiting wechat to troubleshoot the problem, and my whole family enjoy the breakfast and stays as usual. At the end, we managed to contact wechat and solved the issue. Well done team.!

I will not be visiting Chongqing again but if I was to then I would return to this hotel
Pros:

It’s location was excellent.

The staff were so helpful that I will be emailing the company explaining this.

Cons:

Everything. But that most important thing was the staff themselfs. Nothing was too much trouble.
