Gute Mittelklasse mit hübscher Aussicht
Pros:

Der Glasaufzug mit dem Ausblick. Auch in diesem Atour konnte ich unglaublich gut schlafen (Matratze und Foam Kissen) wir hatten gegen Aufpreis City und River View gebucht und der Ausblick -vor allem nachts- ist schon spektakulär. Die Drohnenshow ist allerdings von da aus nicht zu sehen. Frühstück für Europäer nicht so der Brüller, aber okay.
Highlight: der Barkeeper mit seinem blue Hawaii 😋

Cons:

Wir hatten etwas Stress mit der Toilettenspülung, aber man war sehr bemüht, schnell Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Der Raum - war für 3 Erwachsene mit Koffern nicht ganz so gross, aber war okay für 3 Nächte.

Clean , organised, polite staff, good smell and very very well located.
Pros:

The hotel view was amazing. The staff reception team was amazing they were fast to process with our check in, the cleaning team was hard workers and did amazing job, the location was 4 min walking to the train station but almost everything was just walking distance.

Cons:

The only thing is getting another elevator because get 10min to up or down with rush time but is not something they can easily fix.

Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, as it was the most disappointing hotel experience I have
Pros:

The shower had excellent water pressure, and the hotel’s location was conveniently situated between several major attractions.

Cons:

My experience at the hotel was disappointing and raised concerns about professionalism and transparency. Although I had booked a two double beds room with a river view, I was informed upon arrival that an additional RMB 400 was required for a “full” river view upgrade. Due to exhaustion from a long day of travel, I proceeded with the payment via Alipay, only to later realize that the transfer was made to a personal account rather than through the hotel’s official payment system.

I also specifically requested not to be assigned a corner room, yet the room offered was located at the far end corner of the 25th floor, where the corridor felt isolated and unwelcoming. After I expressed my dissatisfaction during the room viewing, the staff promptly refunded the RMB 400 before we returned to the reception area.

In addition, the lift service was extremely inefficient. With only two elevators serving floors from basement level -3 up to level 26, waiting times were consistently long and inconvenient.

Posizione perfetta, camere comode ed accoglienti con vista straordinaria.

Cons:

Purtroppo nessuno nello staff alla reception parlava inglese. Questo é risultato in un processo di check-in complesso ed estenuante.
