Pros:

The room was really pretty. The complimentary shampoo and stuff was amazing and it smelled soooʻo good.

Cons:

The beds were so hard. I could barely sleep. There was a random towel outside on the chair on the balcony which tells me the person who cleaned the room didnt pay full attention. The smoke detector the face of it was dangling down. My husband fixed popped it back on.

Stayed for a Christmas party we had at the bayfront convention center 15 minutes away
Pros:

The front guests were very nice. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very clean. Everything was amazing. I will be staying here again every year for my Christmas party that I drive four hours for Thank you MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄

Cons:

Staff smoking outside entrance. Staff yawning in my face during check in
Room air conditioning unit not working properly and the filters were leaning against the unit and not inside it

Cons:

Property needs major updates. Furniture was very 80’s ish. Nothing is complimentary - not so much as a cup of coffee. Two grocery store bagels from a bag were over $9.

Beautiful, clean, friendly hotel!!
Pros:

The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. The pool was sternly clean and a nice size. It was very close to our favorite restaurants and shopping stores in Erie. Will stay there again.
