Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht! Als Ausländische Person können sie auch 5 Business Tage warten, bis sie bedient werden. Erst kommen die Einheimischen, dann 20 Essen Lieferanten und dann den Rest.
Anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht. - downgrade! aber für gleiches Geld.
Extrem Laut!!! Sogar die Gardinen in meinem Wohnzimmer stoppen mehr Lärm als die Fenster in diesem Hotel.
Nie wieder, Danke!
Bis Heute warte ich auf die Rechnung. Ist dem Hotel Absolut egal , noch nie so unprofessionales Hotel erlebt.

Worth it and value for money
Pros:

The hotel was so strategically located near the hongya cave and viral location which is at 22nd floor on the other side of the building and the other side of it was at the ground floor which is unique. The room we chose the bridge view which was so nice comfy and spacious and so clean. The lobby was so nice with the view and ambience and welcome drink. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception . The hotel provide assistant at the laundry sevice which was so extraordinary. Overall it was a really amazing stay.

Cons:

We just had problem to locate the hotel in didi apps and had to ask people to show us the way at first

Amazing!
Pros:

Location is great and has a good night view of the city! It’s even at the Tok Tok spot at level 22. There’s food just downstairs and spa to choose from. Price might be higher than non city but still very affordable.

Cons:

The location is often very crowded and you need to be careful when returning after 6pm. The road might be blocked and you can only walk back to your hotel with the crowd. It would take 30minutes if there’s crowd.
