Niemals wieder, bitte bucht es nicht nimmt lieber etwas anderes

Heizung war kaputt, WLAN ging nicht und in dem Zimmer hatte man nicht mal Netz geschweige denn Mobiles Internet. Und als ich den Anbieter auf diese Probleme hingewiesen habe traf ich auf Unverständnis.

Sie schicken Ihnen einen Code zum Öffnen der Tür, aber wenn Sie zur Tür gehen, lässt sie sich nicht öffnen. Sie rufen dort an, aber niemand geht ans Telefon.

Schlimmste Nacht meines Lebens.

Cons:

Die Fotos stimmen nicht mit der Unterkunft überein. Die Betten sind fast auseinandergefallen. Der Backofen hat gestunken ohne ende mit verkohlten resten und in die Dusche passen nur dürre knochen gestelle hinein. Zudem das die düsen der Dusche grünlich verkalkt ohne ende wahren und das wasser kaum noch heraus kommen konnte. Das Zimmer wahr nicht abschließbar da es nur 1 schlüssel für 2 Zimmer gab und ich in Angst mit meinen Kindern die Nacht rum bekommen musste. Es wahr dreckig und der schrank viel auch fast auseinander den konnte man garnicht benutzen sowie die Beistelltische.!! Sehr enttäuschend und ich hätte gern mein Geld wieder für diese Zumutung!!!

Wenn wir draußen waren

Cons:

Erst keinen Zugang gehabt, Tür öffnete sich nicht. Dann niemand erreicht, warten heute noch auf Rückruf. Nach 2 Std kam ne Email mit neuen Zugangscode. Tür öffnet jetzt, Zimmer total schmutzig, Betten vom Vormieter, nicht gereinigt, Müll Eimer voll. Vermieter nicht entgegen kommend. Durften dann Zimmer wechseln. Das Bett sehr instabil, wackelt und quietscht. Tür nicht abschließbar (das heißt Sachen für jedermann zugänglich wenn wir weg waren), kein TV kein Gemeinschaftsraum wie angekündigt Toilette ohne Deckel, Spülung kaputt. Ich könnte noch Stunde schreiben. Vermieter wollte nicht stornieren, da wir " übertreiben" sind vorzeitig abgereist und Geld ist weg. Fotos anbei.. einmal nie wieder...

Very disappointing experience. The property did not match the description on the listing. After booking, I received a PIN code that did not work at the apartment door, and there was no staff available to help. I called the support number and, after a long wait, was told to wait further. I ended up standing outside for 90 minutes at night, and no one ever came. The next day I received an email claiming everything had been working, which was not true. Fortunately, I recorded videos and took photos to support my refund request through Revolut. Overall, this felt like a scam and I would not recommend it.
