Worst hotel i ever been to
Bedsheet are not washed
Smelly room ,no towels,no shop
Flush was not working in my room and when i ask them to solve it they don't even respond me
Their was no telephone in my room for room service
The only thing we liked was the room boy who assisted us to get a room where we can lie down.

Cockroach infested rooms, we could see the labels of alcohol someone used. The Washroom and linens weren't clean. bad ordour in the room, and washroom.

I had a very bad experience with Super Townhouse. To start with, there is no hotel called "Super Townhouse". The actual brick-and-mortar hotel is named 'Hotel Paras Royale' which manages the bookings done under Super Townhouse. This confusion made it slightly difficult to find the hotel. Next, the room that we were given was infested with cockroaches. The moment we entered the room and switched on the lights, we could see cockroaches scurrying across the bed and the walls. Despite complaining, the hotel management did not give us another room. When we asked them for a deep cleaning of the room, all they did was spray some room freshener! Further, they did not even change the bedding and the duvet, which stank, despite our asking them several times. They did not change the bedding even the next day!
In general, the hotel reception was very slow and lackadaisical in responding to any request - be it for water or toiletries.
