Lovely hosts, beautiful clean property and great location.
Pros:

Location — great, the bus stop was right outside and Brixton is so easy to get to from central.

Room — very cosy, plenty of storage options despite the smaller room and smart TV was a great addition. Bed was comfy too!

Hosts — Donna was so lovely, helpful and a wonderful host. Theo was very responsive over messaging as well! The place was absolutely spotless and so well organised. Donna’s husband helped me carry my huge bag and Donna herself was so informative and helpful when you first settle in. I got really ill on my second day for a few days and once they knew, they kept checking on me and also gave me water and juice to keep hydrated. I will never forget your kindness after a tough few days in bed on my own in a new city.

Cons:

Not much to dislike!! I just pee a lot so bathroom is a little down the stairs when you’re bursting but honestly I am just nitpicking and this has nothing to do with the lovely hosts and wonderful beautiful property.

Worth the price
Pros:

The owner was extremely friendly and made the stay feel warm and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect after long days of travelling.
The location is a big plus, the metro station is nearby and there’s a bus stop right in front of the house, making travel around London very easy. Overall, a great stay in a convenient and well-connected area.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour. Aussi, la propriétaire a été très sympathique.

L'emplacement est bon. Aussi, l'accessibilité est bon.

Accogliente e pulito in un'ottima posizione super collegata con il centro
Pros:

Situato nella piacevole zona di Brixton, il posto è collegato benissimo tramite la Victoria Line; in pochi minuti si raggiunge qualsiasi posto in centro. La struttura è silenziosa, pulita e con un letto comodissimo. Il bagno è da condividere con un eventuale altro host ma è pulito e funzionale. Donna, che gestisce la residenza, è stata molto gentile e ha aspettato il mio arrivo che, per un ritardo, è stato ben oltre le 23. Da consigliare.

I would recommend staying here to anyone. flat 2 is quite tight but I adapted to the small space quickly
Pros:

Excellent location near Brixton station on Victoria line. Good communication with hosts Donna and Theo. Everything was nice and clean.

Excellent accueil, les hôtes sont très gentils , la chambre était très propres avec un petit frigo super

Cons:

Rien à signaler, juste un peu le quartier, pour une personne seule je la déconseille de sortir très tard la nuit.
