will not stay here every again
Pros:

location to town was good and the balconey was great to watch fire works.

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working and Ice was on first floor, we could go streight from parking to room, if got a parking place like first and 2nd night, 3 night had to park on 1st floor and walk up a steep hill, this was not good since i us a scooter and my husband is in a wheelchair, we called the hotel before arrival and address this. also not bars in bath tub and it was very slipper.

Loved the cleanliness and the quiet. The breakfast was very nice and the staff kept everything clean and refilled.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were very clean. Only complaint was the mattress. Very very hard on the body.

Pros:

Breakfast was really good, and they do variations every day, and the kitchen staff was so efficient and very professional.

Cons:

On the first night, our pillows smelled like dead chicken; it was such an uncomfortable night, but the next day, after I complained, they changed the pillows, and we sleep good rest of the three nights. I wish they could check the pillows on the first night or when they cleaned the room.

Safe, clean, and well presented.
Pros:

Location was great - clean, well presented. Ice was readily available and the staff we professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Harry during night hours did well. As did the young lady (Asian) manning the desk during the day.

Cons:

Would have enjoyed some boiled eggs with breakfast - and there was one middle aged lady at the front desk who seemed more concerned about what she was doing that about a question I asked her. But the young lady with her stepped in and took over.
