A localização, cinco minutos do shopping Iguatemi, próximo também de padaria, mercadinho, lojas de conveniência, alguns comércios/lojas também nas proximidades. Quanto ao hotel em si, funcionários com excelente atendimento, sempre disponíveis para nossas solicitações, Gleiciane que trabalha na cozinha super atenciosa, o pessoal da recepção com orientações sobre a cidade, a decoração do hotel também agradou. Limpeza ok

Cons:

Quarto e banheiro pequenos, o ar condicionado demorava a esfriar mesmo no 16 e no segundo dia precisamos acionar a recepção pra mandar o técnico para verificar e consertou. Falta de um espaço pra colocar as malas. Tem estacionamento mas não usamos, não posso opinar.
