Pros:

We had traditional kerala breakfast of appam and egg curry. It was one of the best we had in our trip. The location was beautiful and peaceful and overall a great experience. If you are travelling by car to location, you should call the host before reaching and they will share the parking location and pick you from there.

The owner of the property was very welcoming.
Pros:

The breakfast was good enough.

Cons:

Booking.com said make the payment at the property, but lexstays insisted that the payment was made in advance. Lexstays made us waiting in front of the property until the payment was made. It was humiliating.
