Great stay, would try the flagship one next time as it is more central.
Pros:

The in house service was great. Connected thru WeChat if we needed anything and one of the reception girls would be at your service.
Laundry was 10 items a day per room. Very busy location. Loved the big bath

Cons:

The lobby was on like the 50th floor I think but getting on was a nightmare at times due to so many others sharing the building. My kids took 20 mins to come up as they weren’t use to the pushing and shoving to get on the elevator.

If you just care about the photo. Go for it, if you want a comfortable stay, go somewhere else.
Pros:

The location is good but parking is a nightmare if you plan on driving.

Cons:

It shares the same building as many other hotel so the elevator get super busy. The room is build in a way that it looks good but it’s not great. Generic furniture like the type you would find from IKEA. Built quality is subpar. My bath was leaking water every time I fill it up.

Perfect service and location
Pros:

Service was great, from the warm welcome, to the complimentary 24hr laundry service to the speed in which they replied our texts, it felt really personalised. Good location as well right opposite raffles city and next to subway line 1.

Cons:

The design of the room was that a window was perpetually open, which made the room kind of chilly in mid January. There was sometimes also a human jam downstairs as the lift was shared by different hotels located on different levels. Small grouses though compared to the value we got from the level of service and comfort of stay.

Perfection.
Pros:

Sanye and QiuQiu (housekeepers) were incredibly kind and helped us feel at home during our stay. The Sanye was very friendly and even helped me pick up and return my missed delivery package, and the other hotel staff were also very good. Honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed at in China. The amenities, views and service was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Would 1000% recommend!!

Cons:

That we had to leave. I would gladly stay here again I visit Chongqing next!!

Amazing location, staff were super attentive, polite and went above and beyond

Cons:

Couldnt order wine to the room, only beer not the end of the world but I usually can do this in other hotels

Die 270° Peninsula River view Deluxe Suite im 43 stock war einfach traumhaft, mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick über die Stadt, der die meisten Aussichtspunkte der Stadt übertroffen hat. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ganz besonders hat mir während meines Aufenthalts coco von der Rezeption geholfen. Egal welche Fragen Ich bezüglich des Hotels, den Räumlichkeiten, Attraktionen oder Restaurants hatte Sie konnte mir da steht’s weiterhelfen.

Buena ubicación. Muy limpio, te dan amenities.
El jacuzzi es para 3 personas.

Cons:

El baño está separado de la habitación por mamparas transparentes, se ve a la persona desnuda al ducharse desde la cama.
Demasiado caro para lo que es.
