We loved the location of the hotel. It was a convenient location. We also liked that it was very modern and clean. The staff was very helpful to answer all our questions. The housekeeper (Jasmine) was also great! Despite the language barrier, we felt that everyone was very accommodating.

The hotel is located in an excellent location with clean and tidy rooms. My butler NianGao provided thoughtful and attentive service. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are the best. I highly recommend this hotel and I will totally come back here. Oh, and the oversized bath tub in the room is epic…I was on the 43rd floor
It’s crazy busy and the elevators are crowded all the time are they’re shared with other hotels in the building

The location was fantastic as were the staff and the amenities.
It was inconvenient that his is not a typical hotel where you can go downstairs for breakfast. We had to go next door to a convenience store to buy prepared meals etc.if I had have realised I would not have booked the hotel as there is plenty of nice traditional hotels in the area.

Es roch nach Zigarettenrauch . Das Personal hat sich extrem bemüht , den Geruch entfernen zu lassen , inklusive Filterwechsel in der Klimaanlage , allerdings war die Mühe ergebnislos.

Acho que a propaganda é maior do que de fato o hotel. A subida é confusa, pois é em um prédio e o hotel é a partir do 30° andar. Não digo que é um hotel ruim, até porque é muito confortável, mas acho que é superestimado. O preço é bem superior ao que é oferecido pelos hoteis na China.

The in house service was great. Connected thru WeChat if we needed anything and one of the reception girls would be at your service.
Laundry was 10 items a day per room. Very busy location. Loved the big bath
The lobby was on like the 50th floor I think but getting on was a nightmare at times due to so many others sharing the building. My kids took 20 mins to come up as they weren’t use to the pushing and shoving to get on the elevator.

One of the best hotels in terms of room service and dealing. They lack breakfast, and the club is short and small.

The location is good but parking is a nightmare if you plan on driving.
It shares the same building as many other hotel so the elevator get super busy. The room is build in a way that it looks good but it’s not great. Generic furniture like the type you would find from IKEA. Built quality is subpar. My bath was leaking water every time I fill it up.
Service was great, from the warm welcome, to the complimentary 24hr laundry service to the speed in which they replied our texts, it felt really personalised. Good location as well right opposite raffles city and next to subway line 1.
The design of the room was that a window was perpetually open, which made the room kind of chilly in mid January. There was sometimes also a human jam downstairs as the lift was shared by different hotels located on different levels. Small grouses though compared to the value we got from the level of service and comfort of stay.
