Receptionist's attitude.
The rooms were not even cleaned, and no one came to clean them during my 8-day stay.
The teapot was filthy, tand he rooms had cockroaches ( I hit 2 ). TV was very slow when connected to the internet WIFI & could not run even a single show.
Guests are not allowed, even if I said I would come down to pick them or they can check their ID & let them.
When called on the reception number ( provided on the back of the key card ), no one picks up.
I asked the room attendant to provide a bottle of water, but he said I will later, but never appeared. Even though he saw me many times but never said, "sorry sir, here is the water bottle".
The road leading to the hotel was also filthy ( on the road itself, garbage was dumped & it was so smelly ).

Room full of cockroaches. Even room was available as staff was sleeping they delayed giving room for 2 hrs. Reached at 6 AM and got room at 8 AM. Booking got confirmed mail but staff told they dont see the reservation

FabHotel Eminent Suites, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. This hotel is extremely unsafe for female guests and has a very disturbing and unprofessional environment.
From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt uncomfortable and insecure. The staff behavior is extremely bad, rude, batameez, and unprofessional. There is no basic sense of hospitality, respect, or professionalism. Their attitude towards guests is careless and arrogant.
❌ Safety Issue (Very Serious):
This hotel is not safe at all for women. The overall environment is suspicious and uncomfortable. I did not feel secure even during daytime. I would strongly advise female travelers to never stay here.
❌ No Cleanliness / Poor Maintenance:
The rooms were not clean at all. Housekeeping is extremely poor. The room, washroom, bedsheets, and surroundings were unhygienic and badly maintained. This hotel does not follow even basic cleanliness standards.
❌ False Pictures & Misleading Information:
The hotel is completely different from the pictures shown on online booking sites. The photos are misleading and fake. The actual condition of the hotel is much worse than what is advertised online.
❌ Unprofessional & Fraud Management:
I booked this hotel from 21st December to 24th December, but due to the worst, unsafe, and uncomfortable environment, I was forced to check out early on 22nd December at 10:00 AM, after staying for just one day.
Even after clearly informing them about early checkout,
They denied refund for the remaining unused days
They charged the full booking amount
They showed no cooperation or responsibility
❌ No Customer Support / No Complaint System:
There is no proper customer care support available. The complaint numbers they provide do not work. There is no genuine platform to register complaints. Once payment is made, they completely ignore the customer.

fuite d'eau sur le palier de la chambre ppdt tout le sejour.Versement obligatoire de 1500r a la reservation.1/2 journee apres notre installation, on veut nous changer de chambre si on ne paaie pas un supplement parce qu'elle est superieure a celle reservee.

You have not returned my Rs1473 paid for extention but didn't taken the facility.

However, the main street leading to the hotel about 100 meters away was quite unpleasant, as it had become a dumping area for garbage, making it unhygienic and smelly to walk past. The room I stayed in was below standard and had several baby cockroaches. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, so I had to use my own mobile internet instead.
