Disappointed
Pros:

Overall, I was very disappointed in this Marriott from the fact that you had to move the coffee maker, as if there was no outlet availabl to the fact that it had no tub. I realize this is part of the ongoing new way of having a hotel, but, I like a tub

I would’ve loved to have a robe in the closet - paper cups instead of mugs? It was all just really disappointing.

I had stayed at a neighboring hotel on our way through Regina two weeks earlier and it was a whole different experience. The price was pretty much the same.

Clean and Modern, Safety Deposit Box, Microwave, Refrigerator
Pros:

Some staff very helpful. Closet with 12 hangers, half with hooks. Two large drawers. Enough electric plugs. Microwave, Refrigerator, safety deposit box (one of only two hotels I stayed in that had safety deposit box). Adequate electric plugs. Clean modern bathroom. Enough lights. Coffee maker, Fairly good location though biggest supermarket (Safeway) about 1/2 hour walk away. Shoppers Drug Mart about 8 minutes away. Victoria Laundromat, 735 Victoria, which helpful Receptionist helped me with, about 15 minute walk away (Come Clean Laundromat which allegedly is on 2035C Osler does not exist).. #1 Broad Street bus which stops on Broad Street very close to hotel goes to Government House. About 20 minute walk to Royal Saskatchewan Museum. Computer in lobby with Internet connection could use. Thought did not have body lotion but realized when checking out, they had small bottles in reception.

Cons:

Some noise from garbage truck or maybe delivery truck in morning. Only chair (in room with 2 double or queen beds) a desk chair on wheels. Could not get ice from ice machines. Receptionist said to try again. Wrong answer. Right answer is don't put ice bucket down but hold in air beneath ice spout. Still did not seem to give much ice. Did have heat but up to maximum of 24 C which could be not quite enough on cold rainy spring day.
