Pros:

Staff were courteous and helpful. No noise and great services.

Cons:

There was no mention of paid parking on booking.com. It was $15/night. I wish they were transparent with this information.

Pros:

We were in for medical reasons and found the location convenient in relation to the surgical facility.

Cons:

The parking was an issue-from what I understood if we moved the car there was a chance we may not get a spot when we returned. I found this odd especially after paying $15 a day for parking.

Room renovation, wifi, convenience and breakfast. Staff was also helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

The room would have been an 8/10. The breakfast offered was both appropriate and tasty. However, the positives were outweighed by the orientation of the room and the limited light through the window. The room was about 8 or 10 feet from the adjacent building. No direct daylight entered the room at all, and very little indirect light did. The window sill was covered in pigeon feces. This should have been made clear when I booked. I would likely have paid to upgrade.

Will definitely be staying here again
Pros:

Great Location for my purposes, parking right outside the back door and staff were very accommodating and allowed a late check out so I could check out over my lunch hour. Made my life so much easier.

Cons:

Saw people checking car doors at night…. But not hotels fault… just due to area

Clean, kind staff, good fitness centre.

Cons:

Very loud, could hear other guests all night in hall. Could also hear people outside all night. If you sleep light stay across the street at double tree.
