Quedamos encantados con el trato del personal. Fueron muy amables. También quedamos encantados con el desayuno, estaba riquísimo todo.
El alojamiento fue muy adecuado para nuestro viaje con nuestro bebé y la perra.

Pros:

Muy lindo el hotel, muy bien ubicado para ir a los viñedos y muy cómodas las habitaciones .
También muy especial la atención de parte de Begoña y el desayuno increíble por su presentación, abundancia, calidad y frescura.
Volvería sin dudarlo un momento!

Pros:

Casona antigua con encanto, muy buen desayuno con variedad, las personas que atienden el desayuno muy amables, camas cómodas y muy amplias. El paseo al lado del río en el pueblo es bonito.

Cons:

Aislamiento acústico nulo, se oye todo de las habitaciones cercanas. Pagamos más por una mini suite pero no mereció la pena, sólo un trozo más de habitación con un sofá viejo, falta de mantenimiento (contraventana no cerraba bien, cisterna del váter rajada, suelos desnivelados) Nos pareció caro para la que es.

Estancia perfecta.
Pros:

el personal del hotel muy profesional y resolutivo en todo momento,nos indicaron como coger taxi,donde comer en Briñas como movernos por Haro,nos facilitaron mucho las cosas,el bufet desayuno a todo detalle y muy bien servido.nos encanto,asi que volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Cons:

Por indicar un minimo detalle y solo por si puedo ayudar y por que yo le doy mucha impotancia a la almohada.
En una de las habitaciones no fue el caso de la mia,las almohadas fueron muy finitas y fue incomodo.que tambien pudimos haberlo avisado,pero llegamos tarde,y seguro que nos hubiesen facilitado ayuda,porque como he dicho anteriormente el personal fue un 10.

Fuimos un grupo de 6 amigos , nos encantó el acogimiento , el desayuno tan bien organizado por turnos , con una mesa reservada para los seis , las camas muy cómodas
