Pros:

Просторная современная вилла со всеми удобствами, живописная территория вокруг, море рядом, есть доступ в бассейн соседнего отеля. Ежедневная смена полотенец и мыльных принадлежностей, питьевой воды. Рядом прекрасный эко-парк.

Cons:

Очень грязно. Уборка должным образом не производилась ни разу за все 20 дней нашего пребывания. Постельное белье поменяли только 1 раз за три недели и то по нашей просьбе. Уборщица полоскала швабру в нашем бассейне!!! Бассейн просто крошечный даже для ребенка и с ледяной водой. Ни разу им не воспользовались. В нем только ноги мыть.. Море всегда бушует, невозможно в нем плавать. Купание на этом пляже всегда запрещено. По близости нет ни одного супермаркета, приходилось ездить в другие бухты за продуктами, это ужас. Ближайшие кафе на расстоянии нескольких километров, пешком не дойти каждый раз, приходилось передвигаться на такси и тратить на это кучу денег.

Pros:

Неплохая ухоженная территория комплекса вилл, есть место, где можно покушать за разумные деньги.

Cons:

Очень грязно, шторы, полы, окна, зеркала, да абсолютно все требует клининга. Есть кухня на улице, но нет оборудования, так что грилем пользоваться нельзя. Нет кухонных приборов в достаточном количестве.

Когда то шикарная, но сейчас совершенно заброшенная грязная вилла.
Pros:

Сейчас начало 2026 года. Было бы здорово остановиться тут 20 лет назад, когда вилла была новой. Думаю в то время вилла была роскошной. Из плюсов только чистое бельё и полотенца. Хоть за это нужно сказать спасибо.

Cons:

Очень грязно. Грязь повсюду. Грязные окна, грязный пол, грязные занавески. Плесень во многих местах не только где душ и раковины, но даже на ткани светильников. За виллой совершенно не следят. Всё что отваливается, просто отваливается, никому и дела нет. Полупустой бассейн с отвалившейся плиткой. Одна из кладовок завалена хламом и тем, что сломалось в доме. И запах. Гостиная прокурена, а на нижнем этаже где расположены спальни пахнет канализацией. Вся мягкая мебель покрыта пледами, так как вся в пятнах. Выглядит это как у дедушки на даче. Парковка платная. К сожалению можно в отзыв выложить только 4 фото.

A huge and luxurious villa that is within reach of being a perfect holiday property.
Pros:

The four bedroom villa is simply enormous and can easily accommodate up to eight people. There is oodles of communal space, and for guests that want some solitude there are two large balconies, a small garden by the pool, and a courtyard on the lower level.

The estate staff were always helpful, arranging for an airport transfer, offering advice, and even driving guests around the estate in electric buggies. They use WeChat for all rapid communications, which makes it convenient for everyone.

The estate is adjacent to a long and pleasant sandy beach. The local beach area is subject to undertow, so don't expect to go swiming in the sea within the viscinity of the estate. Expect a pleasant 200-900m walk through the estate to reach the beach, depending on location of the allocated villa.

Cons:

The kitchen facilities were sparse and barely sufficient to cook much for eight people. There was insufficient cuttlery and tableware for the maximum number of guests and several cooking instruments were rusty and not fit for use.

All the beds had hard Chinese style matteresses, which was uncomfortable for guests accustomed to much softer matteresses.

The four bedroom villa with pool was advertised with a "hot tub", but upon arrival this was discovered to not be the case. It seems that the four bedroom villas either have a pool OR a hot tub. Not both.
