Pros:

For our family this was the best location for water taxi to bring us and our luggage to the hotel, not having to walk thru town. Having breakfast every morning and sitting on the grand canal was a treat. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Was nice to come back to after walking in the heat. Lots of great restaurants around. This was more than we expected coming from America and I’d book in a heartbeat again. Breakfast was great each morning and the staff was so pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing to not like but just a heads up that construction is still being done, remodeling the rest of the rooms. (Rooms are nicely updated and bathrooms) Some heard the noise. The pigeons always outside trying to get your food but the staff was constantly getting them away.

Enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die einzigen zwei Pluspunkte waren: die Terrasse zum Frühstücken & die Lage, da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind.

Cons:

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine große Enttäuschung.

Wir erhielten zunächst ein Superior-Zimmer mit einem massiven Wasserschaden – das Wasser tropfte direkt über das Bett. Statt uns sofort ein passendes Ersatzzimmer anzubieten, mussten wir mehrere Zimmer besichtigen. Zunächst hieß es, es sei nichts frei, obwohl über Booking noch Zimmer verfügbar waren.

Beim Zimmerwechsel mussten wir unser gesamtes Gepäck selbst ein- und auspacken sowie über die Treppen tragen. Hilfe wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Auch das neue Zimmer entsprach weder einem Superior-Zimmer noch dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

Leider war auch der Service enttäuschend. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch Entgegenkommen. Außerdem bekamen wir mehrere Konflikte zwischen Hotelgästen und dem Personal mit. Trotz zahlreicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption herrschte beim Check-in großes Chaos, sodass viele Gäste lange auf ihre Zimmer warten mussten.

Schade – mein erster Aufenthalt vor zwei Jahren war deutlich besser. Dieses Mal entsprach das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hauses.

Great location!
Pros:

Excellent location close to the train station. Clean comfortable room. All members of staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Would help if there was a grab bar in the shower as the floor was slippery.

La proximité de toutes les choses à visiter à Venise

Cons:

La douche, très petite est une bouteille d’eau pour 2 personnes pour deux nuits, je trouve ça un peu radin !!

If you want a central location then this is your place but is definitely over priced.
Pros:

Conveniently located.

Cons:

Was supposed to be a double bed but it was just 2 single beds pushed together. Our room in older section of the hotel so looked tired. Shower over bath leaked flooding floor. No daily water bottle replacement. Most expensive accommodation on our trip but least value for money.

Pros:

Top Lage direkt am Canale Grande, schöne und saubere Zimmer, das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich! Das Hotel ist ideal, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist! Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und man ist schnell das Gepäck los und kann sich für eine Erkundungstour in Venedig frisch machen!
