Pros:

Friendly staff beautiful restaurant

Cons:

The air didn't stay on only for 3 minutes then it shut down rust on the sink area where towels wrap around dirty floors uncomfortable dented bed and no good coffee only instant and it was decaf:-(

Mixed bag, good location but bathroom smelt of damp and mould

The location was great, very close to the station and the buffet breakfast was nice

Cons:

It was a mixed bag, they upgraded us to a double room which wasn't great when travelling with my son. Then downgraded us back to a twin which smelt of damp and mould. I had to mention this twice to the front desk before they offered to move us. Room 3 was ok. It seemed like some staff were good and switched on, some not so much. For example they gave us a drinks voucher for the bar which then wasn't accepted by the waiter, hence good and bad

If you want location this is a good hotel to stay. But with price range not as standard as you think
Pros:

the location and size of the room. Very close to train station

Cons:

There are bad smell in the elevator and hallway
Air conditioning was off. We are told that according to Italy law they cannot turn on the air conditioning before May. This should be posted online before making reservations. Secondly, if that is the case, fan should be provided ahead of time

Pros:

Ich hatte ein komplett neues Zimmer, frisch renoviert und mit Blick auf den Kanal. Ich hätte es mir nicht schöner vorstellen können.
