駅近で、運河と朝日も眺められる最高の宿！
Pros:

駅からも近く、かつ運河を目の前に眺められて最高のロケーションでした。
バルコニーから日の出を見られて一生の想い出になりました。朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

設備や天井は古い部分もありましたがよく手入れされていたので何も気になりませんでした。

Pros:

駅から歩いて5分ぐらいでカナルに面しており、ロケーションは最高でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

Cons:

セントラルヒーティングで部屋ごとの温度調整ができなかったため、暑くて窓を開けたら網戸が無いので蚊が入ってきてしまいたくさん刺されてしまいました。ホテル側は扇風機を貸してくれたので何とかしのげました。

Posizione top. A pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria Venezia Santa Lucia.
Personale cordiale e gentile. Upgrade gratuito. Stanza con vista sul canal grande, al terzo piano con doppie finestre. Molto ampia. Era presente un tappetino con 2 ciotole e una confezione di premietti per il nostro cane.
Stanza molto silenziosa. Bagno ampio con vasca e anch'esso con doppia finestra sul canal grande. Nella struttura era presente un bar/ristorante con vasta scelta di piatti e sfiziosità
Presente doppio asciugacapelli e una piastra. Kit bagno. Doppi cuscini. Acqua presente nel frigo bar gratuita. Bollitore con tisane the e caffè solubile. Colazione ben assortita, sia dolce che salato.

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved every minute of my stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastico soggiorno
Pros:

Comodissima da raggiungere dalla stazione, 4 minuti a piedi. In massimo mezz’ora si è nei maggiori punti di interesse della città. Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto enorme e comodo, personale gentilissimo, colazione ottima e servita in una sala che affaccia sul canal grande

Perfect location but doesn’t feel like a 4-star.
Pros:

Brilliant location and yet nice and quiet in the hotel. Good variety of food on offer at breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom smelt damp and ‘drainy’, and the shower controls didn’t work well, i.e., switching the water flow didn’t turn off the previous other flow.

We only had 4 bottles of complementary water for our entire stay, which seemed a bit mean for two people staying 4 nights. Other hotels replace daily.

Female staff were really friendly but male staff barely spoke.

Breakfast options regularly ran out during our time in the room. This was true only half an hour into the 7.30-10.30 window.

Areas of the hotel decor looked quite tired.

It didn’t feel like a 4-star.
