Pros:

Hotel , localização e funcionários legais

Cons:

O hotel cobrou a estadia a mais , não deram explicações do porquê,mandaram entrar em contato com a central deles que nem sequer respondeu.Conclusao : cobraram a mais do que o acertado no Booking.

Cons:

Mucho ruido durante la noche, hay una iglesia al lado donde van personas en situación de calle a bañarse, hacen mucho ruido, gritan, recomendable no estar en pisos bajos

Buena ubicación. Apartamento con cocina amplio. El personal amable, tienen la opción de dejar el equipaje si necesitas el día de checkout, además tienen recepción 24 horas.

Cons:

Menaje de cocina muy antiguo. Cristales del baño frente a otras viviendas sin privacidad, la pegatina que tenían para hacerlos opacos estaban rotas y veías (y te veían) desde la habitación de enfrente.

todo salio bien.
Pros:

Muy comodo todo, el studio que me dieron en el ultimo piso, muy confortable. Muy practico todo el sistema de reserva, pago etc.

Cons:

Nada que ver con el Hotel, pero la zona esta muy llena de homeless 24/7.

Sujo e com manutenção ruim
Pros:

Boa localização, quartos espaçosos

Cons:

Muito sujo, velho, cheira mofo, sem manutenção, não tem quase nenhum utensílio de cozinha e a geladeira não gela. Então não dá para usar a cozinha para cozinhar.

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, la comodidad de la cama

Cons:

Los ascensores demoran muchísimo, en el depto no hay tostadora, tuvimos que solicitar un repasador para la cocina (sólo hay toallas de papel), no hay escurridor de platos y la vajilla es limitada. La mesa del comedor es muy alta respecto de las sillas. El sillón del Living está muy manchado. Haría falta un aire acondicionado en el Living.

Pros:

Зручне розташування, є кухня і микрохвильовка

Cons:

Дуже старі вікна,які ледве тримались і коли був вітер спричиняли галас(я через це погано спала) . Не було витяжки у ванній.
