Chef Jelle is Chefs Special!!

De chefkok Jelle is uitermate vriendelijk en werkt onwijs hard. Moest alles in zn eentje doen. Dacht mee in oplossingen.Het eten was fantastisch en met liefde bereidt.

Cons:

Qua collegialiteit vonden wij het andere personeel 'oke'. Aangezien er in ons appartement diverse zaken niet compleet waren of defect zouden wij in een andere kamer kunnen volgens de chefkok. Echter mocht dat niet van zn collega omdat er andere gasten zouden komen die nacht. Dit bleek achteraf niet waar. De collega was vriendelijk maar in onze optiek liever lui dan moe. Tijdens het eten savonds was de collega nergens te vinden of te zien (wij hebben zeker een uur tot anderhalf uur gezeten ) . Dit is jammer aangezien je een stuk aandacht mist voor je klanten.

Spot parfait pour les aurores boréales
Pros:

Les chambres sont simples mais très bien pour passer quelques nuits. Le cadre est superbe et parfait pour observer les aurores boréales de l’extérieur au bord de l’eau.

Emplacement exceptionnel pour les aurores boréales vues en direct depuis le parking, la terrasse sur l'eau, le hublot de l'appartement. Le restaurant est excellent également. Personnel très acceuillant

I can’t wait to come back and see the Northern lights again
Pros:

I absolutely loved staying here !!! Such an amazing view. It’s right in the end of a small fjord / village. If the sky is clear you can easily see Northern lights right at the front door of hotel. Very quiet and relaxing. As soon as you step out of the front door you have very very close mountains all around. Back rooms but clean and had fridge and bathroom in room. Shared showers, microwave in the hall. I highly recommend staying here during the winter if you’re in the area.

Très bien
Pros:

Emplacement époustouflant: vue à couper le souffle dans le fjord et les montagnes.
Le restaurant est excellent.
Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Très professionnels et très chaleureux.
Le fait que l’hôtel propose un restaurant + un bar est génial. Il y a aussi un billard et un sauna.
Et puis la vue à couper le souffle du matin au soir…..

Cons:

Quelques bémols:
-Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas. C’est dommage car il était indiqué sur l’annonce alors qu’il était mis hors d’usage (et donc gelé).
-Devoir faire son lit tout seul. L’hôtel est tellement beau et le personnel si professionnel, que devoir faire son lit entache un peu l’expérience.
-Salles de bain communes propres mais façon cabine de bateau. Peu d’intimité car ouvertes en bas.

Pros:

Really convenient location and loved that there was a restaurant onsite - super helpful! The staff was extremely helpful and became our hero’s as our car needed a jump start and they worked together to get our car running so that we didn’t miss the ferry - thank you to all who helped us!!!

Shared shower rooms and the room felt a little moist but could have been because we were in the room next to the showers

Nous demandons à booking, qui a fait une erreur , une compensation financière (pas de sdb privative)
Pros:

Personnel super sympa et magnifique emplacement

Cons:

Dans la traduction française de booking il était précisé une salle de bain privative ce qui n'était pas le cas, nous n'avons dans pas prise de douche.
A ce prix là, ce n'est pas sérieux. C'est une erreur importante de booking, qui je l’espère nous dédommagera.
