Pros:

Breakfast, location, rooms, desk staff, amenities all fantastic!

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was unapologetically slow. We missed buffet dinner by 4 minutes and were travelling with a 3 and 7 year old and ended up spending almost 2 hours eating a pizza and salad.

The property was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, the pool and hot tub were wonderful, the breakfast was great

Frustrating & Disapointed
Pros:

The facility was clean and stocked. The room was very nice.

Cons:

I made reservations online the week prior to traveling. Confirmation number in hand, the desk tells me there are no rooms available. I had even paid extra to upgrade to a better room. Well, an hour later, I'm told I get to drive almost an hour, further away from my reason for traveling, to the north side of Cincinnati. I'm thankful I didn't have to sleep in my car, but what upset me most was there was no volunteered offer of any type of compensation for giving my reserved room to someone else.

Pros:

I will just say this place was beyond words, from the facility to the staff was beyond words. All I can say is I hope that all would practice the same actions at their properties as this one. I will not ever stay at another property other than a Drury if there's is one near where I travel.
