Great location, price, and even family friendly!
Pros:

I enjoyed the morning breakfast and the evening kickback. The staff is polite and always willing to help, with patience and a smile; coming from the east coast you don’t find that often.

Cons:

I enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Perfect location but the beds and food are not so great.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. Minutes from food, retail, and family attractions.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. My family and I stayed two nights and woke up both days with sore necks and backs.

One of the reasons my family chose to stay with Drury was that we loved the fact that breakfast and dinner were provided. Of all the Drury locations we have stayed at, the food at this location was not the best.

I was very pleased with our stay at Drury,
Pros:

The room had a warm, classy decor and was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and had a plethora of options. The hotel has a pool and a hot tub.

Cons:

The placement of the wall unit a/c seems too high. it didn't feel like it was cooling the room off very well. The bathroom in the rooms could use a night light option.

Prices could be somewhat cheaper, food menu could also be changed week to week not always have the same. Keep kids out o

It's a nice hotel don't get me wrong but there is fixes that would be nice

Cons:

The rooms are all the same. All the same pictures in every rooms. Could be creative with that and mix it up. Here in Florence there's a lot you could do. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms/showers.

Pros:

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, and we just thank you for serving dinner and breakfast which were excellent. Thank you again!!!

Pros:

The staff are so professional, yet it's like a family atmosphere. Loved it! This was my second stay there, and I can say it was the same as the first. Don't change a thing. Thank you.

Perfect for single female after long haul flight from New Zealand to rest up before heading onto Dayton.
Pros:

Handy to airport arrived 2am due delayed flight lovely welcome from Receptionist.
Lovely room, clean comfortable, good breakfast, excellent hotel.

Cons:

You need a car to get anywhere from here. I used uber from airport and to my next destination.
No bus or train available to Cincinnati.
