Beautiful property and kind staff.
Pros:

Lovely staff, wish I could thank them again for a welcoming stay. They feel like they have worked there a long time and very kind. Very quaint and traditional property. Made me feel like I am truly in Italy. The decorations are indeed traditional, but I think that gave it a lot of character. The tower rooftop is wonderful.

Die Lage ist super! In ein paar Schritten in man bei der Ponte Vecchio und auch sonst direkt im Zentrum/ Altstadt. Alles ist einfach per Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück war frisch und die Kaffee(Getränke) Auswahl ist hervorrgend.

Zentral und mit dem typischen morbiden Charme eines ehrwürdigen Palazzos
Pros:

Lage ist perfekt: inmitten aller Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zetrum von Florenz (in 1-2 Minuten ist der Ponte Vecchio und der Palazzo Vecchio zu erreichen.
Turm(Bar) vom Hotel/Plazzo ist ein "muss".

Cons:

Dusche war etwas Eng; so eng, dass es keinen Seifenhalter hatte und es eine akrobatische Leistung war, das Duschmittel aufzuheben. Ansonsten Tiptop.

Location, location!
Pros:

The location is perfect. The view from the tower was amazing! It was a plus to have drinks looking the city and the Duomo from above. We had clean towels every day. It is a very nice hotel.

Cons:

The toilet flushing wasn’t working very well.

This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located near the major attractions of Florence. The breakfast was outstanding— with many choices. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Loved my room. Was so quiet.

Great breakfast and especially warm welcome from Mrs. Vivianne who was very kind and professional. Very nice view from the terrace and excellent localization 2 mis walk from Ponte Vecchio.
