When I arrived I walked up to the panoramic tower and enjoyed a glass of wine with other guests. The views over Florence were breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Florence on foot. I was delighted to receive a free copy of a novel set in Florence, written by the hotel’s owner. What a beautiful touch…. and I’m enjoying the book!The breakfast was perfect. A vast range of fruit and some very high quality pastries

The location of the hotel was in a beautiful little street only a 2 min walk to the river and sights. The views from the bell tower were magical and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional, and included delicious items for our dietary restrictions. Overall a special way to stay in Florence.
The only thing we didn't like was not an issue with the hotel but with parts of Florence in general--the smell of sewers drifted in the room off and on and was off-putting, but did not effect our stay overall.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Phantastische Lage im Zentrum, besondere Atmosphäre in einem alten Palazzo mit einem mittelalterlichen Turm, von dessen Aussichtsterrasse mit Barbetrieb man unmittelbar auf die historische Altstadt blickt.

Very clean, large rooms, the ceilings were around 14ft high!
Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
