We had a really enjoyable stay and felt it was excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was good, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
A special thank you to Santiago at reception, who was covering the night shift. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and helped us immediately when we needed assistance. His kindness and efficiency really made a difference to our stay.
The only downside was that we were travelling with a baby and a buggy, and our apartment was on the first floor with no lift access, which made getting in and out a bit difficult.
One small suggestion would be to start breakfast a little earlier. On our last day, breakfast only opened at 8:00 a.m., and as we had to leave shortly afterwards, we weren't able to have breakfast before our departure. An earlier opening time, such as 7:00 or 7:30 a.m., would be very helpful for guests with early flights or travel plans.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el Marsenses Ferrera Blanca. Lo que más destacamos, sin duda, es la amabilidad y la gran predisposición de todo el personal. Además, el hotel tiene un acceso muy fácil a la playa, que está a unos 300-400 metros; es muy práctico porque allí mismo se pueden alquilar sombrillas y reposeras gestionadas por el ayuntamiento por unos 20 euros al día.
En cuanto al servicio, en el restaurante, Inma, Maca, Arame e Isa nos trataron con una calidez y una atención excepcionales en cada comida. En el bar, Salma destacó por su simpatía y su excelente trato hacia nosotros.
Para viajar con niños es ideal. Hay una enorme variedad de actividades para ellos, y las animadoras, Ali y Stefy, fueron simplemente encantadoras. Su entrega y dedicación marcaron la diferencia en nuestras vacaciones.
¡Un diez en servicio, hospitalidad y comodidad! Muy recomendado para familias.
Como único detalle natural a tener en cuenta, vimos algunas hormigas en la terraza y dentro del baño, aunque para nosotros no supuso molestia, no es el mejor detalle a tener en la habitación.
La suite molto carina ed arredata con cura con tanti appoggi,l animazione con spettacoli serali brevi ma molto originali e di qualità, l animazione diurna nn posso valutarla perché eravamo spesso via ma abbiamo assistito allo schiuma party che è stato meraviglioso! La posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia di cala ferrera e ad altre calette bellissime, i servizi sono ottimi dal bar alla reception al servizio ristorante del pranzo e della cena ma anche quello della piscina dei piccoli dove c e una fornitissima zona ristoro ...gli orari dei pasti sono pensati con criterio per la gente che va in spiaggia infatti fino alle 10.30 colazione fino alle 15 il pranzo e fino alle 21 la cena ..tutto il resto era perfetto

Everything was amazing.. big plus for the sensory room.. food all day available in the kids pool. We have a great time ..my kids love it.
Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dagelijks werd gecheckt of alles naar wens was en ook toen mijn dochtertje ziek werd, stonden ze klaar om te helpen. Dankjewel voor alle goede zorgen! Daarnaast waren het zwembad, het eten en het entertainment voor de kindjes helemaal geweldig.
Hotel heeft een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Daarmee trekt het ook een zeker publiek aan (lees: onbeschofte Britten) die afbreuk doen aan de ervaring en de charme van het hotel.
The location was quiet and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cost was fair for the food and the amenities. The kids loved the splash pad, pizza and fries.
The buffet was not the greatest for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was probably the best, but still lacking in quality and variety. Much of the food day to day was the same and did not seem fresh.
The room was spacious but bare bones. I’d recommend going to the grocery store because nothing is provided except towels.
The parking is also very difficult and limited. Additional parking nearby would be helpful.
De lokatie was super, het eten lekker en afwisselend. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede animatie. Top totaal concept.
Jammer dat er geen kamers bij elkaar in de buurt beschikbaar waren. We hadden langer terug gereserveerd, met 7 mensen, 3 kamers. En toch te horen dat het ver uit elkaar lag. Een upgrade kunnen doen, dus tegen betaling. Dit was iets centraler maar nog niet ideaal.
