Pros:

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Hotels, das stets freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Sehr leckere und abwechslungsreiche Speisen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fabulous week in the sun with a toddler

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nette Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr schöne Sandstrand nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Für Familien mit Kindern einfach Traumhaft .Jeden Abend ein Live Schow und Attraktionen für Kiddis.Viele Restaurants in Fuß Nähe.Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Fijn en vrolijk personeel, ideaal met kinderen! Mooie tuin en fijn kinder zwembad.

Cons:

Het appartement was wat basic en het terras bij het appartement was fijn en groot, maar miste een parasol en fijne stoelen. Dat is fijn voor de momenten dat de baby slaapt.

Schöner Familienurlaub am Strand und Pool
Pros:

Ruhig gelegen, schöne Pools, Restaurant nicht zu gross, kein Anstehen am Buffet, tolles, freundliches Personal.
Der Strand ist rasch erreichbar

Cons:

Der Reinigungsservice während das Aufenthaltes war sehr minimal ( Boden nur 1 mal gereinigt, im Badezimmer nur sporadisch geputzt). Nur 2 Stühle auf der Terrasse für 3 Personen

A l'arrivée on nous a demandé si on voulait un passage par jour où un passage tous les deux jours. Étant avec un enfant en bas âge nous avons demandé tous les jours. Nous avons dû nous rendre trois fois à l'accueil pour demander pourquoi personne n'était passé, aucun ménage de fait, plus de papier toilette, serviettes sales. Les draps n'ont pas été changés une seule fois sur la semaine. Invasion de fourmis dans la chambre qui nous a obligé a déposer la poubelle devant la porte de la chambre, a notre plus grande surprise, la poubelle a été vide devant notre porte.... Serviette avec tache suspicieuse. Lors de mon troisième passage à la réception on m'a répondu : ok j'envoie quelqu'un pour les serviettes, seule chose qui a été faite sur une semaine.

Užili jsme si pobyt, hezký areál, milý personál
Pros:

Blízkost pláží, hlavně Esmeralda asi 700m od hotelu, areál hotelu krásný , prostorný a hlavně čistý, bazény čisté , jídlo normální

Cons:

U jídla bychom ocenili více steaků kuřecího např, málo výběru masa, postel v ložnici ok o gauči na spaní uz se to říct nedalo, matrace velmi měkká a nepohodlná, hlavní dveře v pokoji netěsnily a bylo vše slyšet zvenku
