Poor bed, cleanliness of comforter, noise of other guests, thinness of walls
I booked the hotel because of its online rating and good price point. But I realized we were very fortunate indeed upon entering our room - there was a kitchen complete with large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner cook top and a sink! The bathroom looked brand new (no eww buildup in the shower!). The bed was comfortable enough to sleep on but could've been less firm.
There was only a bar of soap and a small shampoo bottle in the bathroom. There was not a hair dryer provided or a box of Kleenex.
We liked the location for what we were doing.
* Only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths were provided for a party of 3, which was not sufficient for our stay.
* The beds shifted and squeaked with even minor movement, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
* The internet connection was unreliable. It was slower than expected and frequently disconnected.
* The coffee provided tasted stale/old, and there were no sugar substitute options available for guests who don’t use regular sugar.
Overall, these issues impacted the comfort and convenience of our stay and would be helpful to address for future guests.
Quiet
Location and no breakfast
מקום נוח שקט, יחסית קרוב לשדה אבל לא ממש, נמצא לי מתחם אוכל וקניות.
קצת מיושן ולא הכי נקי
It looked nice, it that was about the best thing I can say about the hotel.
The bed was hard, you could hear everything outside of the room door shutting, people talking, and people above you walking. The room we reserved were not clean or ready by 3PM and it took 2.5hrs before we got to go in our room and they did not comp anything. They didn’t even extend the stay the next more or offer anything for the inconvenience.
The location was easy to get to, with a few necessary things within walking distance.
The room wasn't ready for almost 2 hours after our check-in time. No communication. I needed a ground floor disability access room and was given the 4th floor. The floor was tacky, like it had a film or residue on it, or it was mopped with dirty water? Walking through there made so much noise. We couldn't be barefoot. We had to wear socks the whole time. The bed frame was dirty, and the mattress made so much noise every time we sat down, stood up, rolled over. And it was incredibly uncomfortable. The pillowcases were stained. There were almost zero toiletry supplies. They gave us 1 towel. No bath mat. No washcloths. 1 small bar of soap and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No tissues. No pen and paper or anything to write with. The beverage vending machine was out of order, so there were no drinks or caffeine. All in all, that room was a 1 of 5 stars. It was exactly what I would expect from a budget roadside motel, not a 4 star hotel, with a 7.6/10 Booking.com rating?
.location
This was horrible. There wasn’t even a blanket they had a sheet as the top cover. No soap, no lotion, no travel conditioner or shampoo in the bathroom . Towels did not look newly washed . I just think they can do better
It was clean
There was nothing room darkening about the blinds. Sun was coming up and the room was bright even with them closed.
Clean and Spacious, newer building.
Nice coffee available in the lobby all the time.
Shopping available nearby.
Squeaky elevator, lots of noise- dogs and babies crying, lots of long-term residents. You have to ask for all supplies at the front desk, even TP.
After several days when we went down to exchange our towels, there weren’t any available, so we had to reuse the ones we had. Blinds let lots of light through. Didn’t get good sleep because of noisy neighbors.
I liked the location and the staff! The staff were so very kind.
I didn’t like that my room hadn’t been swept and it was very apparent the person before me had a dog. Dog hair everywhere. And just based off the dog hair in the bed I’m skeptical I even slept in clean sheets.
