Pros:

The location was excellent. Close to a large number of shopping sites that a very useful for an extended stay hotel. Staff was polite and responsive to my needs and requests. Despite the hotel being rather full, the room itself was quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

I was pleased with the hotel overall. It met my expectations.

Friendly, comfortable, and safe place to stay on our trip!
Pros:

Sean at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was in great shape, the facilities were excellent, and the area/parking felt very safe.

Cons:

Only thing we noticed was that the bell trolleys were broken. Everything else was great.

Pros:

It was spacious and a great size! The kitchen area was a great addition — we were able to store food in the fridge, which is super helpful when traveling with kids. Other than the noise issues, our stay would’ve been much better.

Cons:

We stayed in room 222, and the noise from room 225 was unbearable. You could hear everything — the guests were extremely loud, and the doors kept slamming throughout the night. We had driven five hours for a soccer tournament in Kansas, and after arriving, we weren’t able to get any sleep. My kids kept waking up because of the noise, which was very frustrating since we had games early in the morning.

I called the front desk around 2:00 a.m. to report the issue, but the staff member was rude and asked why I couldn’t go check who it was myself, saying the cameras didn’t show anyone. She also said she couldn’t knock on every door. It was frustrating to ask for help in the middle of the night and feel interrogated instead.

I understand that hotels can be noisy at times, but this was excessive and went on far too late. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never had an experience like this. I’m not sure if it’s due to the building’s construction, but you could hear everything — it was very unpleasant.

super clean (our bathroom did have some trash still in the trash can but not a lot), friendly staff. you could hear through the walls in some instances but other guests were respectful. ac worked super well

Cons:

i thought there were some offerings for breakfast but i could’ve been mistaken. they had coffee. the towels had a few stains on them but nothing crazy, more so things i’d attribute to plenty of use over time.
