Nice stay
Pros:

It was very cosy, nice and clean, great location. Easy to check in and out. I contacted the owner because I didn’t know how to turn on the water and she replied instantly.

Cons:

Bathroom needs some renovation but is otherwise clean, same as kitchen. Room is slightly small for a family but you can make do.

It's close to the shopping mall, the church and Legaspi Sunday market

Cons:

The owner open the door at 7AM April 13. Thinking that we were already checked out. She didn't even text nor email if we are already checked out. She said she thought that we already left since the door was open. Firstly, she should have change the lock mechanism. She had a single key left inside the unit and we were also asked to leave it with open door. The unit is hot. The AC cant cool the entire room. The bathroom need to be painted. There are some rust spots on the bathroom stands. I dont think we will book this room again in the future.

Cons:

Check-in - it took 15 minutes to locate reservation - fully paid for - two ladies tried their best; beyond me was the fact that a grumpy security guard carried out the computer check in - he is more suited to carry out police duty and created a feeling of discomfort rather than welcome.

The rooms are super nice with big spacious area. Each rooms also have cold aircons which is a big plus and added to the comfort of our stay. The condo’s Legaspi area is also very nice and clean area, and the popular malls are all just a walking distance away.

A lot! The construction that wasn’t mentioned when I was booking; can’t rest in the unit because of the noise; the swimming pool view that was under construction and no view at all and can’t be used during the day; the staff who was not answering the phone when I was following up the laundry; lots of stain in the kitchen and rest room; the towels that were not absorbent; the water that had ‘something’ swimming so we had to buy our own drinking water; etc.😔

Nice interior design, it could be improved for a lot repairs.
Pros:

Good location. Good for a couple of nights stay. Pool area is nice to relax , even there is some renovation is going on. There is enough space, and the basic ( water, coffee, kitchen stuffs) are provided.

Cons:

No hot shower, no electric socket to use in the kitchen , rusty stove and microwave, bathroom shelves.
