The location shown was not as it was in the pictures. The place I stayed at was different from what the website showed, and it was a PG (paying guest) facility, located 700 meters away from the advertised location."

Cheating with price difference upon arrival

Nothing other than the AC

Cons:

Their price was very cheap on booking.com and they charged more when I reached the place. My two days stay was cut short to 1 day as the charge was additional 500 rupees per day than what they had advertised. A bunch of unprofessional team handling the reception . They offered me a cheaper property when I was checking out after my stay there for one day and offered me cheaper price also for a different location altogether.

Anyways I have raised my complaint with consumer court same day and its ongoing.

Really feel so bad using booking.com whose customer service is so delayed all the time
