Great apartment with everything you could want, friendly staff especially on reception and really tasty food in the restaurant

Friendliness of the staff
I'm quite disappointed with my recent stay at Saint George Palace Deluxe. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean, and there were damages throughout. It felt like every corner I turned, there was something broken or in disrepair. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and improves the condition of their accommodations.
Most staff (Misho in particular). Ski rental on premises. Ski rental staff. Swimming pool. Room size is excellent. Sitting area in reception.
Ski shuttle service very limited: it ends while the main lift is still running. This is a dealbreaker for us (3 young kids walking uphill in ski boots is miserable) and we would not stay here again for this reason alone.
Daily room clean is half-hearted.
Fails on some basics for a 4-star.hotel: beds very uncomfortable; pillows very uncomfortable; no soap dishes; small bath towels; shower drain cover missing; stains on bed sheets; shower head mount falling off the wall; hole in wall where you can see the plumbing (cover coming off); bath plug broken; washing machine and dishwasher but no detergent.
One reception staff pretty unhelpful and surly, bordering on rude.

Reception staff were amazing!
No air conditioning in apartment. Kids play area had no toys in it. A la cart food in restaurant not at a 4 star level, service in restaurant not at a 4 star level.

It was pretty close to the slopes,they had parking available for everyone, we had access to the pool and sauna . Breakfast was really good. Rooms were spacious
It smelled weird in one of the rooms from the bathroom, it wasn’t the cleanest either. The sofa in the living room had stains on it and seemd dirty,the oven wasn’t clean and even though we had a kitchen we couldn’t cook due to the lack of appliances.we only had a few glasses and plates.
The property was spacious with good views
very unclean, dead bugs on the blinds kept falling on the bed. disgusting carpets and stained bed sheets, no mattress cover, it was disgusting! broken gym as well
I liked the view of our room ( E53) you could clearly see the mountain from the living room while you were getting warmed from the fireplace, liked the design of the room , like the jacuzzi on the balcony of our flat.
The food quality was just okay, the inside pool it isn't as cool as the photos (was expecting it tbh ) and the public jacuzzi wasn't as we were expecting it , it serves only 5-6 people each time and it's small.
Great hotel! We took the penthouse and it was fantastic - 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, sauna, jacuzzi, camine and more... It's located 20 minutes walking distance from the Gondola, but we used our car and parked there (15 BGN per day). It has small minimarket near by and for bigger ALDO you can also walk or drive. The restaurant located inside the hotel is also nice! Highly recommended!

The pictures are great, but made when they made the hotel, not now. They should do a bit of maintenance.
