It's a good stay.
Pros:

The deal is good for downtown Montreal. Breakfast is not too crowded. Staff is helpful with answering questions.

When I return to Montreal, I will be staying here again for sure!
Pros:

It was clean and comfy! The room wasn’t spacious, but we just wanted to sleep, so for our application it was perfect!
It was very inexpensive, so I wasn’t expecting much, kinda worried about it originally, but when we got there, all my worries melted away. Sometimes a good deal, is a good deal! 😎

Bien aimer la petite chambre , moderne et propre...2 lits simples, Bien située, à distance de marche de restos, complexe desjardins, quartien chinois , place des arts etc.... très bon service clientèle, souriant. Certain que je vais y retourné...Bon dejeuner continental.

Hotel très bien situé et très abordable pour la localisation.

Cons:

Stationnement payant (40$ avec taxes) et ce n'était pas indiqué dans la réservation (j'ai vérifié par la suite).
Petit déjeuner gratuit mais TRÈS pauvre en choix (du pain blanc, du yogourt, quelques fruits, oeufs cuits durs, du jus pas très bon, 2 sortes de céréales et quelques croissants). Je comprend l'aspect du déjeuner continental mais j'ai déjà eu plus de variété à cet établissement.
