10/10 would stay there again, especially at the price we paid.
Pros:

The location couldn’t be beat. So convenient for everything we wanted to do!

Cons:

The hot tubs in the pool area didn’t work well - one wouldn’t get warm at all, the other barely got warmer than the pool.

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. Overall our stay was great! It definitely makes it easier to be in downtown Gatlinburg and just walk everywhere you want to go instead of trying to find parking. It is a prime location you can tell the hotel is older but its clean and overall good.

Cons:

A little agitated to have to pay to park in the hotels parking garage. And always seemed like you're waiting on one of the two elevators.

Worth the price for this overnight stay.
Pros:

You can park and then walk anywhere. While the room was outdated, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. I didn’t stop at the pool, but could see it was open from my back window and several people were swimming. The staff were polite and prompt in getting me checked in.

Cons:

I don’t realize until after booking that there is an added fee to park so tha surprised me. The toilet randomly makes sounds like it’s filling up. There are balcony overlooks in every room and there are people in other rooms that bang on the metal and you can hear it loudly in your room. The elevator is really slow.

Pros:

Було чисто. Номер хороший, ліжка зручні. Рушників вдосталь.

Cons:

Не вистачає чайника і пару пакетиків чаю. Вид був не на самі гори як зазначено і показано на фото (бо фото напевно зроблене з балкона сходів між етажами ) а впирався прямісінько в гору яка була за 10фіт.( це дійсно не дуже великий мінус але очікувалось трохи іншого.
