Location
The back of the building is filthy. When you look out the windows on the backside I had to get transferred to a different room with a better view which you definitely pay more for, but luckily they were nice enough not to charge me for moving me, but I was right above the dumpsters and I also found out that a little seven year-old girl fell off the balcony on the sixth floor and die along with other people that had mysteriously died in a fire in the garage and they give haunted tours on the street below the hotel because the hotel was supposed to be haunted and me and my son kept hearing somebody trying to get in the door so I probably will not be going back there
It was a great location!!
I was given a handicapped room, but not sure why, it was not requested. Toilet was very low sitting so was not ideal.
Proximity to town. Stay was overall ok.
Slow elevators, noise
bed was not comfortable, patio furniture was not comfortable and worn, Was disappointed that the mountain side was disappointing, was expecting to see a view of the mountains. Unfamilar with the area so I wasnt thinking the mountain SIDE you wouldnt have a view just trees. That needs to be more clear, I would have picked citi side if this was clearer. Definitely was dated but loved having the garage right below, nice to keep the bikes dry. All in all a great stay. Oh yeah need more pool seating/lounges.
Away from crowds
The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable
Everyone friendly and accommodating
Beds were awful, hard and sheets felt like sandpaper.

Great location
It was in the center of every place we visited while in Gatlinburg
Parking was narrow but availability was good. No smart TV to stream device and toilet seat was too low. But nice room.
The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was pretty nice. The view from our room was beautiful but be careful because the other side of the hotel is just looking at overgrowth and dumpsters/parking.
Small hairs found throughout the room. Warped/crumbling cheap office ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Tiles coming off wall in bathroom with black mold behind it. Shower head and toilet hookups looking like they were going to come out the wall. I dont think the carpets been replaced in well over 20 years. I wasnt very comfortable being barefoot in my own room. Pool was ATROCIOUS. Ivy growing out the walls. Horrible patchwork in caulking. Water felt icky despite the chlorine being bad enough to burn your eyes the moment you entered the area. One of the hot tubs was literally CRUMBLING so bad I at first thought someone had somehow put sand in it. Then later realize that the pool was leaking INTO THE PARKING GARAGE A FLOOR BELOW so its structurally TERRIFYING. Pot holes so bad upon pulling in you could easily bend a rim. The parking garage barely fits a normal sedan. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP
