Not recommended. Ive stayed alot of places in Gatlingburg, in 35 years, and there are much better.
Pros:

Staff. They were very nice. Location was decent. But had to walk thru a lot of parking lots to get to the main parkway. Breakfast was not typical, the biscuits did not taste like store bought and the gravy was really enjoyable.

Cons:

Parking, parking fee, parking spaces, room (small) paid extra for a jacuzzi room, that barely would fit 2 kids, much less 2 adults, paid for a balcony, and it was butted up against the mountain and over a laundry room, asked front desk about it, and was told that it was supposed to be for "privacy". The toilet was tilted and looked like something from munchin land from Wizard of OZ, and the bed, well atrocious and extremely uncomfortable! TV was unwatchable, not that was why we came for, but would have been nice.

Best location! Clean, nice hotel.

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable. Either need toppers or new beds.

Also, parking lot is terrible. The parking spots are so small, you almost have to unload your car, then park it. And to top it off, you have to pay to park. I have stayed at 5 different places on the strip and did not have to pay to park anywhere.

Clean, convenient central location with friendly and helpful professional staff.

Cons:

No accommodation for gluten, lactose free dietary requirements for breakfast. Room coffee not the greatest.
