Paying for parking along with it being taxed,, also not being made aware of the maintenance of the amenities (pool and hot tub) prior to arrival, very very disappointed

The room was great. On request, they upgraded us from mountain side to street side which was a lot more enjoyable. We have stayed at Edgewater quiet a few times before. The Edgewater is always our first choice if they have availability. Roberta on the front desk is GREAT!! My truck battery died in cold temps after not being started for a couple days. One of the maintenance guys jump the truck off with a battery box and got us on our way-sure did mean a lot!!

Cons:

Breakfast is good. Only way it would be better is if the eggs were different. We figured the were either powered or frozen. Still this was only a minor thing and wouldn't change our minds about the Edgewater.

Tournament Stay
Pros:

The property was so beautiful! Loved having the water up front and the location is amazing! Easy walk to the shops and restaurants! The breakfast was really good! Room was clean.

Cons:

The only thing negative i have to say is the pool is really small and it has a very limited seating.

Cleanest hotel stay ever!
Pros:

I chose the hotel for location. It sits far enough off the main strip that I can watch everything going on but quiet enough for us. But then upon entering the room, I found how clean it is! The absolute cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Having a bloodhound nose makes most hotel stays not fun. But this one actually smelled clean. I had even brought my own sheets and blanket because past experiences told me I needed cleaner bedding. But I could’ve used theirs if I wanted. Because they were clean! Very minimal dust on the headboard- the ONLY place I found dust. Even the glass in picture frames were clean! I brought my own box fan to drown out any outside noise. I had a front view of Gatlinburg and even caught some sunshine by sitting in the window! Check those baseboards! AND the air filter in the heating unit! So happy. Staying again in a month.

Can’t name anything at all.

I loved it !
Pros:

I loved how close it was to the gatlinburg strip

Cons:

Only thing I would fix would have to be the elevator situation. I felt like it took quite a while to be able to hop on an elevator.
