Excellent !
Pros:

La situation de la résidence en plein centre de Cannes est parfaite. Nombreux restaurants et salons de thé à proximité, très beaux magasins, la Croisette à 5 mn, excellent pâtissier. Notre appartement était superbe, lumineux, très belle décoration, literie confortable, et équipement de qualité. Place de parking sécurisée réservée dans un parking public à 5 mn de la résidence. Mention spéciale à Rosa et au monsieur qui nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée et aux femmes de chambre qui font un travail remarquable.

Pros:

Appartamento molto spazioso, comodo, con ampi spazi esterni e dotato di molti comforts. Si trova in posizione perfetta per vivere tutto il meglio di Cannes, in pieno centro e a pochissima distanza dalla spiaggia

La struttura non ha impianto di condizionamento, al suo posto sono stati forniti condizionatori portatili che sono rumorosi e non molto funzionali

Pros:

Très bel appartement en plein coeur de Cannes, rue d'Antibes. Nous avons été surclassés avec un appartement de 100m2 tout comfort, cuisine équipée, deux sdb, un grand salon ... nous avons trouvé où revenir la prochaine fois :)
Notre petit Shetland était ravi lui aussi.
Pour le parking, c'est au 4ème s/sol du parking public LAMY avec un emplacement reservé, le tout à 150m de l'appartement :)

Cons:

Lorsque vous arrivez en voiture, l'accès à la réception est un peu compliqué ... mais il y a toujours moyen de se garer devant ;)

La situation géographique

Cons:

La manque de propreté de la moquette et pas de changement de draps. Nous étions obligés d’insister pour avoir au moins un seul changement sur les deux semaines ( ceci est censé être un appart-hotel non un Airbnb)
