The staffs were all accomodative and although most of the communication are done in Chinese, we use our phones to converse. They were all very kind and the room was very beautiful. I enjoy everything about it and the location is sublime. So many good foods and outlets and not overly crowded. Highly recommended.

Great location easily accessible by Didi, surrounded by shopping malls next door, lots of restaurants and eateries, modern and spacious rooms. Friendly helpful staff.

Leider ist das Hotel nicht korrekt auf Google-Maps zu finden. Da es sich ab dem 23. Stock und höher befindet, ist man auf die zwei Aufzüge angewiesen, auf welche man oft relativ lange warten musste.
The room was bright and airy (windows could be opened). The bathroom design was great (non-couples might find it a bit too intimate but there are sliding doors that you can use to partition it) and there was a ledge you could sit on while showering. Water pressure and temperature were excellent. This is also more of a city thing, rather than hotel thing, but it was the only place where we could flush toilet paper down, which was convenient. The places we stayed in at Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La didn't have as good a flush system and we were instructed to throw our toilet paper into a bin, instead. Although the corridors smelled faintly of smoke, we were glad that our room did not smell of smoke at all. The staff was really nice and even helped us to make a phone call to enquire with Jiuxiang Caves if we could store our luggage there, because we couldn't make calls with our overseas numbers. There was a nice selection for breakfast (from 6.30am to 10.30am if I remember correctly, which starts earlier than other places we stayed at), and a live cooking station too. There is a huge mall connected to the hotel, where you can get your milk tea/coffee fix.
We could hear the whistle from the traffic police from the road on the 28th floor we were on, but this was easily solved by closing our window.
Facilities in the rooms we had are modern and comfortable. Caters mainly for locals! Staff not good at responding through booking.com messaging .. not even through email!!! Don’t speak English! Look at photos below for sliding door! Hotel by Marriott Group?!
Staff don’t speak English. Doesn’t reply accurately to questions plus doesn’t respond at all most to messages, which caused us a lot of anxiety. Our previous hotel in Yangshuo had to phone them to help us liaise our needs to them!!! Hotel by Marriott Group?! Means Nothing here in China.

It is a nice hotel and breakfast was good.
The system was not designed to be helpful for the customer. We wanted to overstay one more day and the reception staff could not just extend it for us. We were told that the rates would be higher than we booked it online by ourselves.

It's located above a mall, and another mall is just minutes walk away. I never took the subway, but if you need to, it's also just minutes away. Room is what you'll expect of a Marriott standard - clean, modern, comfortable. View from the room is very nice too. Breakfast in the morning is good too.
Only 2 lifts serve the hotel from level 23-29 (level 23 is the hotel reception), and can take some waiting especially in the morning hours.
The room was nice, met our expectations and we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The location was good, a lot of food available and shopping next store was fun to explore.
