Convenient and Clean
Pros:

Clean and comfortable and very close to Abreeza mall. amenities are adequate.

Cons:

When we arrive there was an incident at the toilet from the previous renter and was resolved in a few hours. However it was a bit of an inconvenience since we have to work in the apartment considering the smell from the toilet - they have to detach the toilet bowl from the floor in order to remove the toilet brush stuck inside the bowl.

The staff are so accomodating and host is so kind and down to earth.
Pros:

The location was good it's near from mall very accesible. The hot shower is wayy too good i enjoy it much more than i thought.

Cons:

I can't smoke lol but im aware that is non-smoking area.

My Filipina fiancé and I stayed at this condo for 10 days. We had absolutely a wonderful time. Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. This condo unit is first class – welcoming, extremely clean, luxurious, comfortable, quiet and packed full of amenities. The kitchen was filled with all of the amenities needed. We can cook like home with all the utensils.
The bed is comfy and spacious, you can get a great night sleep. The internet is fast, we didn’t experience any issue.
The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. You can see the view of Samal Island from there. We loved having our coffee there every morning and chilling while drinking cold red horse in the afternoon. We have several pictures from the balcony that are just dreamy because you can see lights around the city at night. The condo itself is comfortable, nicely decorated and everything you need is there. This place has an easy access to the malls, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, night market and church.
The service from the owner/ property manager were just great! Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Our overall experience with staying here was awesome and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place at a very reasonable price. We can’t wait to stay here again when we go back to Davao City. Thank you, Simple Haven Condo! 11/10 for me.

Overall, it was a good experience and will book this condo unit again when I’m in the city!
Pros:

The property looks very clean and homey. The host Sir Rico was very accommodating and friendly and made the start of the staycation wonderful. I love how spacious and minimalistic the room was, and how convenient the location was. It is right downtown and you can find just about anything you need at the Abreeza Mall right next to it. Staff were very friendly too.

Cons:

Nothing. I love everything about it!
