Pros:

Recepção 24h, piscina grande, muito bem localizado, com muitas facilidades perto. Conveniência no térreo, tem como estacionar o carro na frente do prédio

A cama não é muito boa. A condensadora do ar-condicionado fica na varanda, faz muito barulho e a porta da varanda não veda direito, tive que desligar o ar para poder conseguir dormir

Do fogão não sei o nome correto de duas bocas pois demora muito a esquentar não conseguimos preparar nenhuma comida no local com ele e estava enferrujado, tivemos que comprar comida para fazer no microondas.
Também não tinha um rodo no banheiro.

Apartamento de baixa qualidade estrutural e de conforto.

Cons:

Apartamento com estrutura péssima, serviços de pintura e alvenaria inacabados, colocaram a condensador do ar condicionado na sala e por esse motivo a sala fica uma sauna sem condições de você ficar no sofá ou na mesa para fazer uma refeição, Só tinha um copo americano disponíve, tinha que ser no mínimo 2 já que éramos um casal. NOTA 4 para o apartamento!!

Recepção excelente, parabéns as recepcionistas, fácil acesso,. próxima a orla, lazer e piscinas muitos boas, opção de café da manhã...

Cons:

Quarto parcialmente sujo, toalhas sujas, sem lixeira na cozinha, informaram manutencao na piscina com aviso no elevador e não aconteceu, ter que pagar vaga de estacionamento, não foi o mesmo quarto selecionado no momento da reserva no booking o quarto era diferente.

Roupa de cama do hóspede anterior que foi trocada ficou jogada no sofá durante toda estadia, o secador do flat não funcionava e não tinha papel higiênico, entrei em contato com Penareia e me disseram que eu tinha que ir buscar na recepção 🤡.
