Pros:

Gorgeous room and bedding was super comfortable

Increíble lugar, pueden mejorar el servicio
Pros:

Las instalaciones y habitaciones son increíbles. El lugar está bien ubicado pero tal vez es necesario que aíslen el ruido de los carros al menos en la habitación Trivoli.

Cons:

Hay ruido de vehículos en las noches, pues se oye todos los carros y motos que pasan por la calle. El agua caliente no funciona bien. El desayuno lo da un restaurante que no es del hotel y el servicio no es muy bueno, ni el desayuno es muy completo.

A somewhat improvised hotel that’s architecturally faulty

Cons:

Lots of mosquitoes, cockroaches in our bathroom, few electrical contacts in the rooms. First room we got was adjacent to the street and was super noisy.

Las habitaciones, amplias y cómodas. Cuentan con todos los artículos necesarios y bonita decoración para una buena estancia.

Cons:

Desagraciadamente no funciona la tina ni siquiera para llenado. Y al viajar con niños, esto era lo que se buscaba en el hotel.

Pros:

En general bien, solo tuvimos un tema con el agua, que no salía agua caliente, y nos brindaron otra habitación para bañarnos, si nos sentimos incómodas por la situación, si fueron extremadamente amables para solucionar el tema; también la regadera tenía una fuga y no se solucionó durante nuestra estancia, por lo que al agua desafortunadamente se desperdició considerablemente, si quisiera descartar que el personal es super amable y atento, por ello aunque tuvimos este tema, si puedo recomendarlos por ser un personal atento.

Pros:

The property is very nice but there are a few issues. The shower has either hot or cold water. There is no way to mix for a warm shower. The sink has cold water only, no hot. It says breakfast is included but beware, Sundays there is a buffet that is 200 pesos per person extra! They neglected to tell us and presented us with a bill at check out. They did agree we should have been told and waived the fee. A lot of inconsistency. Breakfast day one we are given warm bread and preserves, coffee , juice or fruit and eggs. Day two, a buffet but again no bread or buns, and an extra charge, Day three, eggs and coffee. No fruit, no juice, no bread or toast.
