Pros:

This hotel is not what it says it is. The address of the hotel listed is a bank. The property owner will take you to a different property and try to get you to take another room.

Pros:

Beware!!! Do not pre-pay!! Agent / representative notified on day of arrival that they were overbooked and no rooms available. They will try to offer an alternative inferior apartment and suspect that the apartment I booked was never available. Told me I could claim refund through Hotels.com but then refuse. It’s a scam!!! Pending legal action. I never leave reviews, but people need to be warned of this unscrupulous company!!

Terrible experience with Vertex Residences Luxury
Pros:

I booked this property through Hotels.com, but it turned out to be an absolute scam. Shortly before my stay, I was contacted via WhatsApp (not even through official channels) claiming the hotel had a "water damage" issue. Instead of a proper solution, they pushed me to accept a completely different hotel in another area, which was unacceptable. When I requested a refund, they initially agreed (I have screenshots), but after that, they ignored all my emails and calls.

This is clearly fraudulent behavior: unprofessional communication, pressuring me into an alternative, and failing to honor their promise of a refund. Avoid this property at all costs.

To make matters worse, Hotels.com was no help either—they sided with the property despite all the evidence of a breach of contract. Be cautious if you're considering booking here or through this platform.
