Great staff, location and convenience
Pros:

The location is amazing as a launch point to other places around the city. The staff and accommodations were top-notch.

Cons:

The dryer just wouldn’t dry my clothes. It may have been my fault or because my clothes are big but that’s the only complaint.

The staff was super helpful, extremely nice and caring
Pros:

The property has an In-house spa (onsen), which is free for the guests to use. After walking 25 km each day was perfect to relax in the hot tub.

Cons:

The location was a bit off. We were expecting more vibrant neighborhood, but it was more business area and less touristy

Pros:
