The treatment by the 3rd party booking was less than ideal. And I know it's not the staff of the hotel that should have to take the brunt of any resource. They were really just following orders. The 3rd party booking is at fault, but you are as well.

Thank god it was only one night.
Cons:

We had a bad time trying to get into room. They never told us to pull handle UP. All other places you pull down. So got locked out elevator not working No bar soap in room. No bagles for breakfast. Not any kind of baked things at all.

La dame de l'accueil a été très gentille. Elle nous a placé dans une bonne chambre.

Cons:

L'hôtel est en pleine rénovation, c'est horrible pour le bruit, les odeurs. On veut aller à la piscine, hop, il l'a ferme le temps d'aller chercher les maillots de bain, le petit déjeuner est vraiment nul. C'est vraiment sale, beaucoup de poussière de partout.

I like the hotel. It was clean

I made a reservation and was not able to stay for both nights. I let them know at check in and was told to contact booking.com and I would be able to be refunded for the night I could not stay 10/13. That was 2 months ago. I did everything I needed to for booking.com and the hotel. I was never issued a refund. I have been calling this hotel for 2 months and the manager will not return my calls. I still want my refund for the night that I was charged and did not stay.
