It was easy to get to.
The pictures did not accurately represent the rooms. There were damaged drawers in the room and the floors, table, microwave, and much of the bathroom was not cleaned properly.
Also, the bathroom outlet did not work.

Hotel was a dump and towels were raggedy. It was not a deluxe king and the rate was extortion! There was nothing to like
Towels that were not ripped, air conditioner that shuts off and on and is noisy
The room was very clean. The tile was very stylish/pretty. But the A/C was very loud and the furniture was kind of shabby. The bed was too soft for my taste. The towels were kind of skimpy. However, these were emergency accommodations when our airline left us stranded at EWR at 1:00 AM and I am very grateful that they took us after midnight and allowed us a few hours of sleep. Staff was very accommodating.

La Limpieza es pésima, la housekeeping acumula las toallas sucias en el bucket de la trapeadoras junto al agua sucia, la bańera tiene hongos además de estar en pésimas condiciones, las tohallas están muy sucias y huelen mal, las sábanas de cama sucias se ve que no las cambian, muy sucio , no lo recomiendo para nada

Sadly I didn’t.
What has been advertised on booking.com and what I actually experienced were two different things. I think booking.com really need to review the safety and efficacy of this place as it’s not appropriate at all. First things first, staff are not friendly on arrival and kept making facial expression whilst speaking in another language in front of me. There are no staff on site to support with luggage and so I had to struggle up the stairs with it. On arrival into my bedroom, it smelt of strong cigarettes and cannabis. Luckily I had diffusers in my suitcases to support with this however this was a daily occurrence with one man smoking directly outside my room at 9am. It got so bad I had to put the spare towels between the gap of the door to stop the smell from coming in. The bed was decent to be honest and did appear to be clean. There are no bedside tables which makes it difficult at night time to do anything. The heater was not working at all. The shower is incredibly old (only an overhead option) and was filled with limescale. The bath also looked awful and unkempt. The fan in the bathroom is extremely loud when switching on the bathroom lights. The customers they take in sometimes made stay uncomfortable whether it’s loud noise or following me into my bedroom. It’s a shame because area wise it’s not too bad as it takes 20 minutes to get into NY Penn however accommodation was shocking and you don’t even get your moneys worth.
