Lakeside retreat with gorgeous swimming pool
Pros:

This is probably the nicest or one of the nicest places to stay on the lake. I spent 2 nights here to relax before heading to the Galapagos and the pool area and lake views are stunning. The rooms are spacious and the food really tasty. If you want a little taste of luxury on the lake then don’t hesitate to book!

Cons:

You literally come here to relax so not much is within walking distance. There’s a great Pupusa place a 5 min walk as well as a few bars / hostels. But aside from that not much else.

Pros:

Me gustaron camino las instalaciones, las vistas, el clima y la ubicación. El personal fue muy amable y siempre estaba pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos.

Cons:

Al inicio el Wifi nos dio problemas ya que teníamos que utilizarlo para trabajar, pero nos solucionaron de manera casi inmediata.

I would have liked my balcony to have had seating so that I could have enjoyed reading and breakfast outside ( only the balcony facing the lake had seating)
May I suggest adding hammocks to the beautiful balcony, I would give it a Salvador/ tropical feel to it.

I think ensuring all the items on your menu are available is important. I stayed 2 nights and some items were never available.
