The whole experience at Gaia was wonderful. We had our own concierge, which was great, as anything we needed, we could WhatsApp and our request would be done straight away.
We were also lucky enough to have our room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise.

The food was excellent, great breakfast options, which was included in our rate. The dinner menu was extensive, dishes were well presented and very tasty.

All staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful.

The resort itself is basically in the forest and the wildlife around the hotel that we saw was amazing. Sloths, Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, Monkeys, many variety of birds, Iguanas, Lizards, Frogs and more....

Thank you to all at Gaia for making our trip amazing.

Des del check in cuidant cada detall com deixar-nos triar la gamma de sabó que voliem, el tracte del personal, les vistes des del restaurant, la qualitat del menjar, el transport gratuit al parc de manuel antonio, la pròpia reserva de l'hotel, les piscines, la calma, que ens deixessin utilitzar la dutxa de l'spa hores després del checkout... TOT va ser meravellós.
Afegeixo fotos de les vistes i animals que vam veure des del restaurant i la piscina de l'hotel.

Estuvimos tres días en agosto y desde incluso antes de llegar al hotel tuvimos la mejor atención por parte de Gary, nuestro concierge asignado. Durante toda la estadía tanto Gary como todo el personal estuvieron pendientes de todos los detalles y pasamos unos días increibles allí. Nuestra habitación era amplia, limpia y cómoda.

El desayuno muy bueno y completo, con unas vistas preciosas. También recomiendo el restaurante para cenar, especialmente el sushi, que nos encantó.
El servicio del carrito que te transporta a todos los sitios muy cómodo, así como el transporte gratuito que sale cada hora hacia la playa o el parque nacional.

Excellent location. High standard room. Very clean and special. Charming and helpful staff. Very good restaurant. A hotel that also carries out activities to preserve nature in a professional and serious manner. The hotel assigned us a staff member, Gary, a courteous professional with an amazing sense of service and tourism. Gary accompanied us for another two or three weeks before arrival, offered us service, and was available for any questions and requests even during our stay.

Excelente atención por parte de nuestro concierge, buena comida

- Al desayuno los Huevos Benedictinos, su técnica de cocción era la indicada (pochados) además que estaban en su punto.
- El colchón era de alta gama así como sus almohadas y sábanas
- La zona de restaurante tiene (posiblemente) la mejor vista al mar además de ser amplia y bien aireada.
- El arroz con champiñones, tanto en sabor como su presentación era excepcional.
- Atendieron satisfactoriamente (en tiempo y forma) unas observaciones sobre nuestro dormitorio.
- Atención del personal de seguridad y personal de recepción, en todo momento, al más alto nivel.
- Atención personalizada por parte del gerente así como el dueño del establecimiento.

Our experience at this hotel in Manuel Antonio was great, mostly thanks to the incredible service. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The welcome drink, the farewell gifts, and every small detail in between made us feel special.

Gary, our personal concierge, was exceptional, kind, efficient, and always available. He helped us plan our days, answered every question (even beyond hotel matters), and made sure everything ran smoothly. On our last day, he organized everything so we could enjoy the beach stress-free: we left our luggage safely, came back to shower, and checked out without a rush. We’re so grateful for his thoughtful support throughout our stay.

Clarence, our guide to Manuel Antonio Park, gave us one of the best experiences of our trip. Thanks to his knowledge and dedication, we saw a wide variety of animals and captured great photos of sloths, monkeys, birds, etc. He truly went the extra mile to make the visit meaningful.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach and the national park, with towels and water bottles on demand. We could leave the car safely at the hôtel and not worry about parking. The internal cart rides were also super cool, the drivers would stop to show us sloths and macaws along the way!

The view form the restaurant is spectacular. Breakfast was nice and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing..

Overall, we truly recommend this place and would absolutely return!
