Please inform HSuites Riverside Hotel and Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
For stays exceeding 14 days, electricity consumption will be calculated separately and billed at a rate of 3.800 VND per 1kWt.

Pros:

Bạn nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình. Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, mỗi ngày đều có người lên lau dọn nên rất sạch.

Cons:

Vị trí có thể hơi khó tìm lúc đầu.
Nhân viên bảo vệ đôi lúc tỏ thái độ gây khó chịu nếu khách về trễ hơn 11h đêm.

The apartment was clean and spacious, in a good location, with fantastic front desk staff.

Marvellous
Pros:

The location is great, near the night market, the river and the beach. Moreover, the staff is responsive, really friendly and helpful. The room we got was spacious, always clean since they do the cleaning everyday and change the towels too. Plus, we got drinking water everyday. The laundry machine was easy to use and helped a lot. You can also enjoy the pool and the rooftop.

Cons:

None negative aspect.

Okay pool area, open at all hours
Close to dragon bridge and night market

Good base for a short stopover
Pros:

Excellent wifi, good kitchen facilities, excellent washing machine! Nice spacious room with good bathroom. When we did have a problem with the drain in the shower, it was fixed the same day as we reported it. They even proactively checked with us that it was fixed.

Cons:

Cleaning was good but toiletries not replenished and we had to go and ask for more toilet roll. There was no local information leaflets available (or local maps).

Pros:

Hsuites seemed newly remodeled. They did a really good job of making the room very comfortable for longer stays. The Kitchenette is great. The hotel/apartments are close to the river, so the river walk is near with lots of restaurants. I booked it specifically because I wanted to be near the Dragon Bridge for the weekend show.

Pros:

Great little hotel in a quiet location just a couple of blocks from plenty of action. Friendly helpful staff. Only 4 or 5 rooms per floor, so very quiet, nice pool and terrace area. Mini Mart down stairs, restaurants etc around it. The best place I've stayed at in Vietnam

Cons:

Booked this property for 6 nights and the weather did not clear up the entire time; we wanted to cut our stay short and carry on further south of Vietnam, but the property does not do reimbursement .
