Los trabajadores eran muy amables.
El olor a humedad en la habitación era insoportable, no se podía dormir por la noche. Prácticamente no sé podía respirar. Todo mi ropa llegó oliendo a humedad, nunca me había pasado algo así.
Por la noche había mucho ruido: portazos, gritos...
A lovely hotel with helpful staff and a peaceful place. This is my second time staying here; Sam, who was very kind and helpful, assisted us during our stay. The rooms were comfortable, The breakfast featured a variety of items and was truly exceptional also the neighborhood had a lively atmosphere; it was amazing experience for us. and the overall experience was excellent.

Close to taksim square
the electricity went off for more than 48 hour
the room was extremely tiny and uncomfortable
noise from outside disturbed your stay.
The bathroom was very small and poorly structured
housekeeping was inadequate, and the room was not properly serviced.
the elevator was not working and my room was on 6th floor.
the lack of electricity and housekeeping made the room effectively unusable.
Mi sono trovata molto bene in questo hotel. La camera era pulita, il letto comodo e non ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda. C’erano anche asciugamani e shampoo a sufficienza.
Una cosa che ho apprezzato tanto è stata l’acqua gratuita nella hall. A Istanbul comprare sempre bottigliette d’acqua alla fine costa, quindi per me è stata davvero comoda. L’hotel ha anche l’ascensore e un giorno che pioveva mi hanno dato un ombrello alla reception.
Anche la colazione mi è piaciuta, soprattutto il caffè, le verdure fresche e le uova preparate in due modi diversi. Buono anche il succo di frutta.
Il personale è stato molto disponibile, ogni volta che chiedevo qualcosa cercavano di aiutarmi. Anche il prezzo era davvero buono, soprattutto per tutti i servizi offerti.
Mi sono sentita a mio agio e ho passato un bel soggiorno. Per me è stata un’ottima scelta, lo consiglio!

Ich bin ziemlich oft in Istanbul, deshalb ist mir die Lage eines Hotels besonders wichtig. Beim Rexee fand ich die Lage wirklich super. Die Metro ist in der Nähe und zur Istiklal-Straße sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten.
Mein Zimmer war bequem und mit der Sauberkeit war ich auch zufrieden, besonders die Bettwäsche war schön sauber. Das Frühstück hat mir gut geschmeckt. Es gab warme und kalte Sachen und der Kaffee war genau nach meinem Geschmack.
Auch so kleine Dinge wie die guten Taschentücher, der Wasserkocher und das Bügeleisen sind mir positiv aufgefallen. Gerade wenn man viel unterwegs ist, sind solche Sachen echt praktisch.
Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben geholfen, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe.
Insgesamt finde ich, dass man hier für sein Geld wirklich viel bekommt. Es muss nicht immer ein Luxushotel sein, solange man sich wohlfühlt und alles passt.
Ich bin mit einem guten Gefühl abgereist und würde bei meinem nächsten Istanbul-Besuch wieder hier übernachten.

Elektrik kesildi iki gün boyunca gece odada yolumu kaybettim. Birde 5.katta kaldım asansör çalışmadi. Daha ne olsun.
However, I would particularly like to praise Mr Parsa. He was absolutely wonderful: polite, professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. His attitude and management skills were outstanding. Sadly, his approach was very different from that of some of the other staff members.
I stayed in a single room on the second floor, and unfortunately, my experience was absolutely terrible.
The room had an extremely strong and unpleasant sewage smell, and the toilet was faulty. In addition, the lift serving the second floor was also out of order, making the overall experience even more inconvenient for guests.
Despite reporting the faulty toilet and broken kettle to the staff, nothing was done to resolve these issues. The kettle did not work at all. When I informed one of the staff members, a tall gentleman, he was completely indifferent unprofessional.rent and showed no interest in helping me. Unfortunately, another member of staff was also extremely rude and unprofessional.In the end, I stayed for only three nights and decided not to extend my stay because of the unacceptable conditions.
I would strongly advise anyone considering booking a single room at this hotel to think carefully before doing so. In my opinion, a room with such a strong sewage smell, a faulty toilet, a broken kettle, and lift access problems should not be offered to guests until all these issues have been properly resolved.

Dieses Hotel war eine absolute Katastrophe und entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern oder Angaben im Internet. Das Gebäude ist extrem alt, heruntergekommen und unglaublich laut.
Die hygienischen Zustände sind katastrophal: Es stank überall so schrecklich nach Dreck und Moder, dass uns schlecht wurde. Zu allem Überfluss gab es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts überhaupt keinen Strom. Auch das versprochene Frühstück hat nicht stattgefunden.
Die Fotos im Internet sind völlig veraltet oder geschönt und spiegeln nicht die Realität wider. Hier sollte niemand übernachten!
