It’s was clean
While the hotel was clean and the stay itself was "okay," the service and treatment from the reception staff were highly disappointing and lacked transparency.
• Room Issues: My room had a window that let in a lot of light, making it hard to sleep. When I requested a room change, the reception refused. Instead of a proper solution, they literally taped a cardboard box over the window! Needless to say, the light was still coming through.
• Noise: Be prepared for early morning wake-up calls. There was constant noise from nearby shops and construction workers starting as early as 8:00 AM.
• Hidden Charges: I lost my key card and was forced to pay €35. I checked the terms and conditions, and this fee was nowhere to be found.
• Dishonesty with Bookings: On my last day, I asked to extend my stay. The receptionist insisted there were no rooms available. However, I found a room on Booking.com for €32 and booked it instantly. To make matters worse, when my friend went to the desk to pay the €32 for that booking, the receptionist overcharged him, taking €39 instead!
It’s a shame because the property is well-maintained, but the lack of honesty and the poor "solutions" provided by the staff ruined the experience.
Great location in the heart of the city. The Wi-Fi worked very well, the bed was comfortable, and I was satisfied with the service and facility.

The shower has excellent water pressure and was warm. The staff was super helpful and kind and it's actually perfectly for a solo traveller. My room was a single bed cosy room, smaller than I expected but it was still very comfortable considering the price I paid. It was safe and private and I had no issues with noise or anything like that.

Given the location in a very lively area with night clubs around, the noise isolation in the rooms was very poor. Better windows seals should be a priority. Cleanliness also left somewhat to desire and think about improving. Breakfast food selection was also very limited. Our room and some of the others in our group also needed some renovation (especially bathroom with ceilings full of mould).
