We were moved to another apartment building. We had to wait an hour before receptionist arrived.
They canceled our room because of a water leak. Gave us an upgrade suite in a shitty building a few minutes away. Five minutes after going to the suite, the power went out. Then they downgraded us to a okey room, but I felt I didn’t get the hotel experience, and had to walk in a building with cat piss all over the corridor.. will not book another time
ALthought its a little small , its perfect for one person. Decoration very nice and location is excellent.

No Wi-Fi and TV did not work at all. Telling us they would pay us back some amount for not giving what they advertised but still didn't. Unfortunately we still had to buy load for phone service. Had to wait in lobby for 4 hours until employee told us our room wasn't ready and had to go to a different location till ours was.
The cleaning services were not good or non-existent and the space was very narrow.

It was a great location, with beautiful sunsets over Manila Bay, also easy access to Century Mall.
The unit was a bit small, and it could do with a new firmer mattress.
The apartment is definitely unique and the view is great from the room. The pool is nice, the WiFi worked great, and the bed was comfortable.
There was an awful smell coming from under the sink. We let the cleaning staff know so hopefully the issue resolves. The staff were 30 minutes late for check in so we had to wait for a key, the check in process isn’t smooth here. The sign inside the room says we could use the building amenities on floor 35, however this is not the case and is reserved for unit owners only, as confirmed by the concierge desk.
The location was convenient to a local mall with grocery store . The pool area was very nice. The gym was good enough for what I needed , treadmills, stationary bikes, smith machine, dumbbells , stretching room , nice view of Makati city. The spa and massage area was excellent. The staff were very experienced therapy masseurs.
The building itself was very nice. Lots of security, pleasant staff. What I didn't like with my unit, (as an Air BNB), there were very few amenities. Thank good ness there was Japan World in the nearby mall. I purchased a few inexpensive items to make it more convenient for me , such as a soap dish with suction cup for the shower, dish wash detergent, hand soap for the bathroom sink. The room was not cleaned everyday. I had an appointment on Saturday for cleaners to come and it was a no-show. WiFi was only available in your room. If you went to the gym or downstairs lobby you needed a password. The gym only gave out WiFi passwords to permanent residents.
The beauty of the room. The TV screen. The swimming pool. The gym. The security. The number of elevators. The area. The microwave. The kindness of the staff.
I was a little bit stressed when i had to call but no one answered me. Luckily i could chat via booking.com chat to the staff members. And then everything was perfect.
