とても綺麗で、ウォーターサーバー、冷蔵庫、レンジが付いていてとても良かったです。お風呂も広くて快適でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

Pros:

２回 目でしたが、今回も良かったです，料理は全部美味しいでした。

Cons:

宿泊特典のウエルカムドリンクとコ-ヒ-の頼めるか不明でした。支払いをクレジットにしていたのに会計の時に利用できず現金で払った。

広い！

Cons:

清潔さに欠けます。風呂場には無数の髪の毛、アクアクララも使用感のなさに怖くて飲めませんでした。
ブッキング予約だとメンバーサービスが使えず、アメニティは高い。
他のところは、無料もしくは、メンバーカード持ってれば、利用できる所もある中、ぶっきらぼうに使えないと言われました。
他に予約出来るところが無かった為、仕方なく利用しましたが、２回目の利用で、二度とないと話になりました。
せっかく広くていい所なのに勿体ないです。

清潔感があり、食事の提供も衛生面がしっかりしてました。

Cons:

バスローブのサイズをふやして欲しい。予約した人の名前を確認が必要かと。料金発生してるので、他はすごくよかったんですが、予約日支払いクレジットにしたのに会計の時使えなかった。現金が無いと大変でした。

Pros:

風呂が広かった

Cons:

予約で行ったが「予約が入っていない」と言われ、チェックインに時間が取られた。結果、予約は入っており、スタッフの確認ミスだったようだ。
また、朝食付きのプランの料金で予約したが、希望の時間には提供できないと断られ、さらに返金もできないとの対応は非常に残念だった。
提供時間に制限があるのならば、プラン選択の時点でわかっていれば朝食無しのプランで申し込みできたと思う。
ブッキングドットコムで予約するとウェルカムドリンクすら提供できないと言われた。
ブッキングドットコムで予約するのはオススメできない。

楽しみな老後の家族がぶち壊され、非常に不愉快だ。
Pros:

Cons:

設備が今の時代にそぐわない。食事は酷い。味付けは素人ぽく、岩手八幡平の地場の
料理が食べたかったが叶わず。貧弱なバイキングに料金がたかすぎる。ぼったくりだ。
