We stayed here last minute, so it was a quick find and man we were so thankful we did!
Pros:

This vintage, but mod feeling apartment was sooooo wonderful. This was a last minute stop for us, but it was so perfect! So it was easy to find and off street unloading and just behind the location is an easy parking garage. We loved the little pub eatery just around the corner and the lol dollar general on the far corner. This place was so perfect!

Cons:

Nothing, it was fantastic!

Not as advertise. Horrific lobby
Cons:

I did not stayed at this property. The lobby outside look like a horror movie. Spiderwebs everywhere, dust and dirty walls.
The lobby inside was under construction, there was construction materials in front of the elevator. I tried to contact the property several times, left a message but no one responded or called me back. The apartment was made available after the requested checking time. I hardly doubt by anyone was staying on this property giving its condition.

I never write reviews, but thank you so much! Great place.
Pros:

The property was gorgeous inside, secure, and in a great location within 0.5 miles of several local food options. I brought my niece to stay for her graduation, and she was surprised that she got to stay in the huge master bedroom. The smoke detector’s low-battery beeping started going off after we arrived, and our host answered immediately, then came and fixed it for us really quickly white we were out! Thanks so much.

The apartment it self was awesome, would rent again.
Pros:

The apartment has a lot of space and every room had a nice TV in it. Kitchen pretty much had all (appliances) you need to cook small meals. We did make Chocolate chip pancakes for my birthday and they were awesome. With in walking distance to the Ball Park if you have no health concerns.

Cons:

Parking was too far away and costly !

Pros:

It was beautiful, spacious and clean. My family enjoyed it. We were thankful for all the accommodations; fridge, washer/dyer, dish washer, and bathroom essentials.

Cons:

The parking was a little confusing. Its in a garage but no directions to it. Thankfully the vallet at Kinley let us unload before parking and told us where to park.

Wouldn’t stay there again due to price and lack of understanding/empathy from property management.
Pros:

The space was beautiful and the location was convenient

Cons:

2 out of 6 beds were broken and we ended up sleeping on mattresses on the floor. Not worth the $700 we paid for a single night.

We liked the place and would definitely consider another stay in the future.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and was well located for our needs.

Cons:

Our only complaint was the squeaky beds. The beds were very comfortable, but squeaked with every movement. Just a minor discomfort to our sleep.

Amazing
Pros:

Gorgeous apartment with amazing touches. Loved the fact it had everything we needed and hosts were super responsive to messages. Beds were really comfy and rooms were huge. Overall a fantastic stay at the Historic Lyric.

Cons:

That we had to leave and couldn’t stay for longer!

We want to live in this place and never leave - so
Pros:

Property is amazing and even better than the photos. There is soooo much space and my kids thought it was the coolest apartment ever. My daughter loved the makeup area in the main bathroom. My baby was able to have a cozy nook for his pack n play in the huge linen closet in the main bedroom.

Cons:

Entrance into the building was a little confusing being an empty main floor. Description sent for checking could have been a little more clear about expectations for entry and the small elevator but all worked out smoothly.
