Nice place to unwind and take in the views of the world passing by.
Pros:

The location was spectacular... on the banks of the Korapuzha river. The property has a long garden flanking the riverbank. There is also a nice pool to wade in, to wipe out any stress. The rooms in the main house give you access to a lot of amenities suitable for an entire family. The room on the first floor is perfect for a short stay. The view from here is brilliant. The staff is very warm and welcoming and ensured that our requests were met. They even provided us with packed breakfast for the early start to our journey the next day. Thank you RK and SN.

Cons:

Just that I couldn't get the time to use their speed boat to explore up and down the river.

Excellent location and Wonderful hosts
Pros:

The staff is excellent and very responsive to requests. They arranged a driver to take us to a river cruise and Kozhikode visit for dinner at very short notice. They also arranged a sadya lunch when we arrived even though they had prepared a different lunch because we told them we wanted local food and not chinese etc. Shibil and his son Devan are excellent hosts.

Cons:

They could have checked the AC remote which was not working (though it was working when set up manually). Fortunately we did not need AC in our stay
