The staff is excellent and very responsive to requests. They arranged a driver to take us to a river cruise and Kozhikode visit for dinner at very short notice. They also arranged a sadya lunch when we arrived even though they had prepared a different lunch because we told them we wanted local food and not chinese etc. Shibil and his son Devan are excellent hosts.
They could have checked the AC remote which was not working (though it was working when set up manually). Fortunately we did not need AC in our stay
Neat & tidy. Amazing views & location. Great food
Water availability was an issue but was solved, host is always available to help
