The hotel is situated at the cross road and doesn't have a designated drop off point which make booking Didi a little tricky as we couldn't determine which direction the Didi will be coming from. Since there several of us, we spread ourselves in different direction to ensure we can spot the car plate of the Didi. Although the hotel staff told us to use Mcdonald's as the pick up point, the Didi app didn't seem to allow us to choose a designated pick up point.

The front desk and the hotel lobby is separated by a short flight of stairs, which makes moving luggage rather tedious. Fortunately, the front desk staff were always very alert to help hotel guests with their luggage for check-ins and check-outs.

Nothing which could give me a negative view of the 4 days staying in this hotel.

Location at the crossroads of 2 major road , Didi pick up location were wrong , with Didi waiting for us at wrong location

room doesn't have any wardrobe cupboards to hang clothes, only open rail in room
no drawers or safe in the the hotel did give a free standing safe - meaning someone with intent steal can take the whole safe - which is light weight

this hotel is good if you want to for 1/2 nights. I will not recommend for longer stay

Wash basin is in the entrance and not in the bathroom

What should be improved:
1) There is no front driveway due to infrastructure restrictions, I totally understand. So then it's a back alley entryway for car access. Upon arrival, there is a semi-steep ramp with rubber humps for visitors and luggage to navigate which is really ghetto and sets a very bad 1st impression. The staff are AMAZING & willingly undertook all the luggage BUT it was very uncomfortable for us to watch them strenuously lug heavy luggage like that, as well as the strain on the luggage. There is an open air accessibility lift (of sorts) right there BUT it was never used even when we tried to ask for it. We had alot of luggage as it was a long trip through China so it made sense to put it all on this lift and do it all at once, but NO, it seems management doesn't let them use the lift or something, which leaves us with a deep frown. My elderly parents 85+ had to navigate this ramp & were not impressed.

2) It is great to have laundry facilities & the room (combined with the gym) is maintained well. When I tried to use it one night, it was super busy and there was a line up with clothes left in baskets & notes left on top with details of what room it belonged to. I left my items there in the line as there was a staff member who said a machine was going to be free in 15 minutes and she would help me put it in the machine then.

I decided to go down at 15 minutes to monitor the progress and found that other people had put their stuff into the supposedly free machine. The staff member was not on hand to manage the line. I then was worried about theft of my items as anyone could go access the room so decided to wash myself in my room. I think a better system somehow would give better peace of mind.
